Watched a Noel on stream and noted some things: -BT doesn't look like it can be followed up in corner due to quicker wall splat/bounce, so Chamber Shot replaces it in the corner -Saw a lot of d.5B>236A>66>5A>5C>stuffs, so I don't know if you can follow the dash cancel with anything other than a 5A now -Saw this combo being used: 3C>22C>66>5B>5C>j.2C>j.4D>stuffs

  4. Mmmm...I'm really apprehensive about that change to MF since her high damage combos come from that base damage. =/
  5. Since Kagura has that HUGE blind spot right in front of him, I'm having major trouble figuring out what my best options are when I'm stuck in the corner. Its difficult trying to get myself out of the corner when my opponents just stand within their poking distance and none of Kagura's fast pokes can reach them and his 5C and 2C are too slow. Jumping out or using Kagura's DP doesn't seem to work that well for me either. Tips?
  6. I know people have made use of jump drive canceling into d.6B for mix-up, but has anyone made use of jump drive canceling into d.2D? Since it crosses up on crouchers and beats lows and throws, it should theorectically be useful.

  13. I played a bit of BBCP at E3 yesterday and I can confirm that the voices were in Japanese. I don't really have anything else to report besides the fact that Aksys is currently still discussing what will be included in the possible limited edition and that BBCP will be available at AX to play.

  16. Off a j.2C CH, I don't recall seeing any follow-ups on a standing opponent. Not to say its impossible since I haven't seen an instance in which Noel tags them near the ground with j.2C, but I don't see how that's a practical jump-in. o.o As for an airborne opponent, I have only seen Thor follow-up a j.2C CH. I have a question though. Can Thor not follow-up a regular j.2C? I always thought it was a possibility, but I haven't seen it used unless off a CH. Maybe not enough untech time or the trajectory isn't aligned correctly?
  17. Wow. For the longest time, I thought that Fenrir after Bloom Trigger in the corner didn't connect in CP. @.@
  18. Noel's 6D looks great. Must be some major upper body invincibility going on since it evades Inferno Divider and beats Haku's 5C cleanly.
  19. Just keep practicing in training mode to the timing down. Just try j.C>j.D(drive cancel)>d.6B. If j.D comes out after the j.C, you're pressing D too soon. If 5D comes out after the j.C, you're pressing too late.

Seems like we can follow up 6D/d.6D>Bloom Trigger with 5B>5C>stuffs in the corner.
  23. It doesn't look like j.4D changed much to make it a more viable tool, but at least now we know there are damaging combo options for Noel now off a FC.
  24. ^Luna: Ichipoo said j.4D. lol. I misread it the first time too. Watch the new combo video that Ichipoo posted in the video thread to see it. Also, I had no idea that Noel's OD changed her DD. @.@

The d.5B hitbox must be strange because I see the second hit whiff a lot, dropping the combo. :/ And more damaging grab combo from here: BC>214A>5B>5C>sjc>j.C>j.D>d.6C>d.2D>d.6B>d.5C>236D (3725 dmg) *I have a feeling this combo might be character-specific though because the same player did a different grab combo on Tsubaki Random note: EDIT: AT can wallbounce on CH w/o overdrive. @.@
