Haha Zidane has some nuts on him to call someone who perfected him a scrub. I was his closest match other than LK. Jetm did much worse than me against him in top 4. But idc he's a good player, it's just sad to see good players that are bad people but I'd give him the benefit of the doubt and say he was trolling cause he seemed like a cool guy. And 10stars I was 5aing you cause you were doing stuff that I could punish with 5A. 5A is a punish tool and 5B is for spacing. If someone is constantly doing punishable stuff (for you it was mostly trying to 5A my neutral airtech and I'd just neutral tech late right through it and punish the whiff) you'll see more 5A than 5B. Zidane rarely did unsafe things so there was very little 5A from me in that match. Of course when I play against people that play that well I usually play TOO defensively and end up missing opportunities.

I can't imagine 6B causing stun instead of KD that doesn't even sound right. Sounds great for resets though, we get a stun move to force a 4-way mixup AND its an overhead?? Fucking unreal. Unless they recover before we do in which case lol.

To everyone in top 4 I wish I had been able to stick around to watch finals but my friends wanted to leave and I was hoping to catch the stream on someones phone. Not only was it completely shitty on 3G but as I hear grand finals weren't streamed anyway. Oh well I hope it's uploaded soon.

In the set I won I landed airgrab -> daifunka twice. Freaking salt mine exploded. Speaking of salt mines I was afraid to give any advice to 10stars cause I swear I thought the dude hated my guts and wanted to beat me up but my answer to your "i dont know what to do against Bang when he just neutral techs and mashes 5A" is dont let me tech. go for oki finishers man. Also whenever I don't go for oki finishers and I predict a neutral tech I usually just jump over it and j4B to get my pressure back .I don't just sit there and try to 5A them myself and hope i hit the button first. thats just dumb. Also I wasn't mashing 5A I was punishing your whiffs. Only need to hit that A button once dawg that shits about timing. Also x2 Valk tackle is so free, time to stop learning matchups on PSN. edit: most epic moment against Zidane was when I IB'd 5B 3C and thinking I'd go for the punish he did Jabaki which I also IBd, and then in desperation he did RC 5D which I also IBd. I then proceeded to mistime my d.5B. lol

Hey guys I'm back. I was tied for 5th with 3 other people at SB:R. Lost both of my matches to Zidane in my pool. Sometimes you just don't get in the lucky pool :\ But..... I did pull off a perfect on Zidane just for Dacidbro. Also somehow I managed to use Dacid's atrocious color throughout the entire tournament without eyebleed and reached legendary trolling success when someone asked me if I was the real Dacid from California. Mission fucking accomplished. Also beat LordKnight in a set in casuals (lost two other sets). All in all a great weekend.

Lol I didn't know Mike Z was coming to this. Well that's good to know. As long as I beat everyone else in the bottom half of the bracket besides Zidane I'm still good for top 4. As long as there's no other ninjas I've never heard of hiding in my bracket anyway (like Zidane that bastard) And Heroic changed pools wth lol.

So it looks like top two from BBCS pool 1 will either be Me and Tenstars, or Me and Heroic. How exactly do pools work I've never been to a tournament with pools.

Valk gets 4.8K off 2C and its hitbox is literally almost as big as Tager's 2C (jk but its huge). Ragna gets what off 6A, 3.5K? and Ragna Bang isn't a bad matchup for Ragna anymore. Ragna vs Bang in CT was easier for me than it is now.

He has an AA that basically tells Bang jump or die and he out spaces his 5B. I guess really Valk Bang is 5-5 and Litchi Bang must be 6-4 then cause not only does Litchi have both of those things, but she also has a reversal and MUCH better oki when that 2C combo finishes.

^ pretty much the best post ever. But yeah all the reasons you guys list for liking Bang are all the reasons me and everyone else in the world hate him. Granted Ragna DOES have the personality of sandpaper I'll give you that but I find Hazama, Jin, and Arakune are all more interesting than Bang though I would never play as any of them. After taking a look at all the characters again I retract my statement about Bang being the worst. There are some stupid ass characters in this game.

2C 623B somewhat near the corner leads to what may turn into some of the deadliest corner oki in the game. No problems here. D nails are ridiculously overpowered and they should be nerfed. Also I love when people get so up in arms when someone doesn't know who is actually responsible for balancing the game. Cause really who balances the game is WAY more important than the balance itself. Stay free. (either way I still don't know who it is. I always though aksys made the game and Arc System were the "distributors")
