:33333 it is actually valid advice for mid level players since at that stage youre trying to beat fundamentals into them and stop them from mashing 24/7 like a low tier scrub its only later after you understand that, that you know when to break the rule, so to speak

At this point naming two players for each character at all would be a challenge.

Except that you aren't taking into account local metagames. From what I understand, these are taken from the players' local scenes or whatever. So if there's one place that has a weak scene, a weak character could place a lot higher than they normally would. And then you have players who are just amazing and carry the character with them on their way to the top. Film and his Hakumen is one such example. And then you have characters that are good but nobody plays so they don't rank high.

It's been mentioned for a while now by players like LK. At least since last EVO and I remember some random tidbits about it before that. It's by no means invincible, it's just another thing to bait for. But if they don't bait it they get wrecked. Also it's very execution intensive. Now that I look at the inputs, even though I know it works, I don't understand: shouldn't putting 1A+B make for a TRM? You can put in 1A+B+C if you expect a throw next, but you already input A+B earlier.
