I cannot resist replying to this netcode thing since Zeth never believes in it somehow. :P Zeth, just because YOUR connection doesn't give you problems, doesn't mean that the netcode is not at fault when there are problems for others. It might be fine for 70% of the people, but as long as there are cases that exist where you have people with the same connection fine in one game and then suddenly terrible in another, then it's possible the netcode is at fault. It doesn't need to affect everyone equally to exist, just like other connection problems. Besides, don't they say in every game that they're going to "improve" the netcode? That means they intend a change in the state of the netcode, which means there should be a difference between them, which means there can be differences in netcode quality between games.

Well, I guess my brother having a dream about getting a PS3 and randomly waking up and buying one only to end up not having any games for it might actually come in handy for a change.

It's because the first Zanshin gets eaten by the move's invincibility. But I have to hit it again to catch you when you're vulnerable. Normally that would work, but you RC and then I've already hit the D button expecting MTW to continue and instead it whiffs since you're not doing an attack anymore. All depends on how early you RC.

I love that. For me it's almost become like, the counter > RC is almost a foregone conclusion, the MTW is just there to lead into the post-MTW mindgames. But if not then I get my counter combo.

All this switching between English moves and JP move names for Hazama confuses the heck out of me.

You can barrier cancel some moves, ie., go straight into barrier if you do it early enough into a move. The super flash can give you time to do it. So maybe you hit the burst buttons and it went straight from the move into barrier into burst.

The super flashes have been eating a lot of my inputs lately. So many times I'll hop into what I know is a Houtenjin or Magna Tech Wheel, putting in Hotaru, but then somehow the superflash happens and it's like I didn't do anything. Which is weird since usually whatever you put in during the freeze, the game holds onto until the flash is over. It's just weird. Obvious answer is I didn't put the input in, but I know I did.

Yeah, it's not like netcode doesn't exist and isn't different for different games.

5k off a counter is enough for me even if it costs stars. Since it's damage you can get off a counter. Although if there was a way to get more efficient damage, even if it was less damage, that would be good.

They're especially pesky against Relius since no matter where I go they still stop me from getting out Ignis. Also I gotta log off soon.

Oh, so you just mean that the multi hit moves Ignis has have gaps that can be attacked through? Also I liked how Mucky picked random for the song but it was still X Matic which I would've picked anyway.
