The reason you can jump out is because jump startup is throw-proof.
You're invincible until you get up ~> then you're invincible as you jump. In Tager's case you'd be invincible 'til you get up and then vulnerable for the first 3 frames of the 360.
Also, for meaties. If it worked on him before that means he fucked up the meaty. 360A is vulnerable for the first 3 frames, I think. So if I go for a throw and land it perfectly, you're gonna get grabbed. It's invincible from frames 3-11.

when im fighting someone like mu or hazama or matches where every hit is critical i cant afford to get fucked over because i dropped a combo (even though i drop them all the time anyway), ill just take some less damage so i can make sure it goes through
the timing also slightly varies on different hitboxes

I fought Ctrl's Relius a few times and liked how he pressured me. So I've been messing with him sometimes. And by that I mean while I was home for Christmas.
