I was able to catch a sweetspot. We will have Room 206/207 for March 28th and April 11th. Also we have Room 201 for March 14th. A friend is coming down for that weekend only and wants to play some Xrd.

I have Saturday the 7th, Sunday the 8th, Sunday the 15th, Saturday the 28th off and ready to register at UAT. No more 206/207 on Saturdays for at least a year... 206/207 will work on Sundays since no one registers anything on Sundays. 201/202 are still good at any point in time. And because there are tables outside for eating, it is ideal.

Everyone had GGs in GG? I have 1/24 open for room 206/207 for another tournament.

And a good portion of match videos posted are tournament level or notably higher level matches. I understand the character is strong, but let's take a lot at how last week, everyone was calling Jin and Ragna bullshit and today, no one is even talking about them. Azrael barely gets touched and everyone drops the character. People are way too flakey and get too scared. Koko was retarded powerful, but if you don't want to understand and adapt, you will never beat them like all of the top 8 at Evo did. If you actively go on this site, follow and play this game, you are in the top 20% of the playerbase. Don't view things as so limited.

I watched a lot of videos of people STANDING at neutral and get hit with Nu's 5D. I also watch people tech and get hit by Delay Crescent. Nu doesn't have unseeable mixup. People just don't block as much as they should. Just take a look at the results this Evo, great defense and understanding won those matches. The Japanese player base is just like any other: people who aren't perfect and can make mistakes. They don't usually play at a higher level or lower level than we can play. If someone gets mixed up by Crescent Sabers or hit by Nu's 4D/236D, then that is legitimate pressure. When two people go close quarters and press a button and one person wins the trade ofd, that is legitimate. When a person gets hit by a RAW Charged Spike Chaser, you can go burn in a ditch.

I think people need to stop judging things before people even get their hands on something. Some characters look good/bad, but the most important thing is how well you can work with them. And people determining who is broken based on certain match videos is ridiculous. I've watched a crapton of Nu videos so far and determined that 80% of all Nu's confirms were because the opponent didn't block an attack anyone else with a brain would. Put yourself into either player's position and think about controlling the flow of defense.

I'm moving everything to 206/207. That room is never taken on Sundays.
