  1. I hate this matchup already and I just started using Noel.
  2. Yeah, I already noticed some improvements with my Lambda when I started using Noel and learning her. Still have work to do though. :3
  3. Thanks for the advice. I'll definitely keep that in mind.
  4. I'm checking it out now. A friend told me I'll get used to her eventually so I guess I shouldn't be glum about it. :3
  5. As a beginner, how would you approach certain matchups? Noel is my permanent submain and I did get down some of her combos but it feels weird approaching matches with characters I'm learning.
  6. I just started experimenting with Noel but yeah, her D moves are a pain in the ass and can lockdown Lambda if she's not careful.
  7. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1GE8OoISfAM I won this match but there were some freaking mistakes in here I wasn't proud of. Feel free to critique. I know about the Calamity Sword messup. It was meant to be a Legacy Edge. Joo also get to hear cookie's voice.
  8. Just escaping him in general. I think I let him get in too quickly or something.
  9. I think also that I panic against Ragna at times. The fact he can just stuff Lambda's attacks scares me.
  10. My hit confirm is better than this but when there some input delay, I tend to screw up.
  11. Okay, I'll try my fightpad then.
  12. I'm looking to relearn Noel since she was my main in Calamity Trigger. I know a few things with her but I was wondering if she's okay to learn using a fightpad? Or does a joystick suit me better?
  13. This matchup shouldn't be so bad but I'm having issues with aggressive Ragnas. The ones that rush at you. I know Spike Chasers is one way of keeping him away, not to mention swords (derr) but I still seem to be having trouble. I think my zoning sucks ass in this matchup. He's not even as scary as he was in CS1 and yet I feel like a punching bag.
  14. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4ATo0sZw95I&feature=channel_video_title This should help people having trouble with Jin. Yeah, some mistakes here and there but the goal to a Jin matchup (or any matchup) is to react accordingly to what they attempt and DON'T PANIC.
  15. Thanks for the advice. I believe I have to get better with the steiner placements. Her combos, I got pat down but steiners is the one thing I gotta work on.
  16. Yeah, that's true.
  17. Eh, I'm getting better.
  18. Nah, no critique. I have an idea on what I should work on. Just wanted to show off my skillz.
  19. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B5o9JOI3GUo&feature=channel_video_title Sort of my um...first time trying out Mu. She's quite scary. o.o
  20. It's the same issue when I use Lambda. It always feels as if I have to chase him. .__.; Teh zoning is strong with teh king of trolls.
  21. 1. Need to tech those grabs (even though I suck balls with teching sometimes). 2. Not enough blocking. 3. I think you allowed him to corner you too easily. I don't recognize that Jin but I can give you advice on what you did wrong.
  22. I can be scary when you're in the air. ._. Meh, just need to get better against Richi. RICHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII. o3o
  23. Started playing Mu on a more competitive level and goddamn this matchup is a pain in the ass. It always feels as if I have to chase Hazama down to pin him in the corner.
  24. I hate this matchup with a passion but I know that the minute you believe she's gonna corner you, get on the other side quickly. IBing also helps, IMO.
  25. Have to be patient against Litchi, based on the matches I've played. When you panic, she gets in.
