Sorry I would have been specific but I don't know her strings lol. I just kinda reacted to them since he was really one of the first Litchis I was able to play against extensively. I'm hoping the more I go to casuals I'll be able to learn the moves and give some kind of ghetto write-up. I say ghetto because I'm not very good with technical info haha.

I could block it on reaction just fine against a pretty good Litchi when I went to casuals Friday. Just know what it looks like when it's starting up and pay attention to where/when they tend to use it.

It works but you still have to react fast enough especially if it's an accidental AA 5B to make it all connect as well as being close enough.

1. I have a list of some of the more notable Tsubakis in the vid thread. 2. She doesn't really have any character specific combos just some minor adjustments that have to be made on those with smaller hitboxes. I know most of the combos can work the whole cast. Except Jin and I think some for Makoto. I know Jin for sure since there are some combos that just won't work due to his hitbox. 3. AA 5B is a real bitch to follow up. Honestly the only Tsubaki that I've seen that's been able to follow up consistently is Konan and he does the combo you listed since it's usually just safer to go for jc j.B to air combo since there really isn't enough leeway. On counterhit you can use 6C as well. If you're trying to AA someone it's better to use 2C. 4. 3C is absolutely useless unless you have meter. There is no real reason to use it though you can catch people off guard with it. If you want to do anything after using it though (besides blocking) you better have meter otherwise you'll get punished easily.

Yes, it's a loketest but most of those are nerfs or just really weird changes. There hasn't really been any worthwhile buffs.

AA 5B combo timing from the 5B is really tight. You have to be on the ball with it. I see it happen, even on CH and then try to jc j.B but they're still able to tech out easily.

It's from a page ago but I just wanted to note you can also kara throw doing 6B~C.

Yup pretty much. If you watch Konan's latest matches he uses 5C a lot more now instead of 5B after 236D.

Airk is right, if you slightly delay the j.214D it should push him away enough to where the first part of 5CC will whiff. It may not be useful but it looks sexy

Is this CS1 challenge mode or are you sure you have the right challenge number? Because that's not what challenge #3 is for my PS3 or my PSP... EDIT: SWEET JESUS IT IS CS1 gaaah CS1 Tsubaki Anyway, try hitting the j.B as soon as you can after jump cancelling. If you wait even a tiny bit too long he'll tech out easily.

I have like the exact opposite problem from you Lunar. I don't know enough midscreen combos but I know a lot of corner combos haha! Haha sounds like me today except I fell asleep a little bit earlier than you. Woke up, got Disgaea 4, and now I'm doing the laundry and making food ie being a woman. Glad you guys enjoyed the article and the Tsubaki community loves you too Lunar <3 And people have always known we are awesome they're just too shy to admit it I'll stop derailing the thread now haha :D

I'm on pad so it feels like 2669 when it could just be 269. I'm trying to take out the 2 but it's a lot harder to get an IAD out though I am getting better so I'm just taking it a step at a time. Edit: jk I have to do the 66 otherwise I just get a normal jump or super jump for me at least.

Oh whoops mis-read that question then haha. Think it's time to head to bed But yea if that's it then it's as Batousai says just make sure to do it as soon as you can and it should work.

I'm pretty sure it has to be 22D not 22C for that combo to work. EDIT: Also no need to feel ashamed. Better to ask and get an answer than just hope you get it eventually IMO. :D

I'll keep working on it no bigs though I think adding the 2 puts me a bit higher but I can't tell at the moment xD Doing the 2669 actually isn't that hard for me, it's just how I've always done my IADs since it always came out more consistently if I did that. Just noticed a habit I have while I was trying to practice the IAD combo... Does doing 2669 (super IAD I guess it would be called) affect the combo in any way? Cuz that's how I've been doing my IADs.... I didn't realize I was adding the 2 until a few minutes ago. I have a feeling something similar like this was asked before though haha.
