  1. Well, you can combo 5C into D, which means you could potentially continue. However, getting a hit after the follow up is tough. I haven't experimented that much with it, to be honest. I'll give it a try later, though.
  2. So, after some basic experimentation (i.e; mashing a lot), I think I've come up with some basic ideas for how Ouroboros works. If you mash... say, 2D (up chain) -> j.2D (down chain), you'll waste your meter instantly. You can throw the chain out again, but you cannot latch onto the screen anymore. Also, if you hit the opponent with Ouroboros after that, it seems you instantly get back 2 chains? I haven't been able to find any 2 Ouroboros combos yet, but I'm sure it is limited to twice per combo. I'll try to put together a color chart later, but it's difficult to spend 12+ plays just to get each color. :c
  3. You have the correct combo notation, yes. It's a bit tricky getting the 4D -> D to lead into the j.C mashfest, but it isn't too difficult otherwise. It seems this is his best damage at this point meterlessly.
  4. This is false. 6C has no jump cancel ability. Yes. It's a better cross-up than j.B, as the hitstun is longer. You can easily do j.2C -> 3C -> basic combo at pretty far ranges.
  5. Yeah, you can just grab the "screen" and fly around like a jerk. Also, I can't really tell how long it takes to get Ouroboros back. I'll try to get more info when I get home. If you have any questions, I can try to answer them.

i think you are my favorite poster on dustloop btw :3

  7. Agreed; Arakune vs. Hakumen may be completely impossible.
  8. updated first post. ToT sorry everyone for delay~
  9. I-No is relish tier.
  10. At this point, I felt he was extremely difficult to be effective with. Good luck ever catching Arakune... Also, if you throw out 6C or any C attack while Arakune does his D bug (the multi-hit annoying one), prepare to wait 5 seconds before being able to attack again... Unfortunately, I do not remember what each attack does. I just remember spamming his air overhead, because it was beefy. (j.214C)
  11. Man, after watching those videos posted above, I feel like an absolute scrub. I couldn't find anything this guy did after my experience with him... I spent about 1 hour playing Haku-Men this weekend in Nor Cal, and here are my notes. A - Basic standing jab; think Robo-Ky's, without the crazy advantage. You can combo them into each other. 2A - Basic crouching jab. 6A - He leans forward and kinda does a 45 degree angle headbutt. Gatlings into 6B. j.A - Basic jumping punch. B - A slightly high angle kick. 2B - Basic low kick. On counter-hit, combos into 3C 6B - A low hitting foot stomp. On counterhit, bounces. j.B - Basic jumping kick. Doesn't really cross-up well from my experience. C - Downward angle sword attack. Special cancelable 2C - Think Ky's 2HS. One hit, jump cancelable, special cancelable. 6C - Huge sword swipe. Not cancelable, but does great damage and has lots of active frames. 3C - A low sweep that is very, very fast in comparison to the rest of his attacks. j.C - Huge downward angle, hits like a brick. j.2C - Weird sword-hilt attack. Bounces him back, allows him to spice up air combos. D, j.D, 6D, 2D - All counters. Each of these attacks causes a different effect when used. 6D causes the opponent to twirl around, allowing for a j.C -> 2C style combos. 2D causes Haku-men to ground bounce the opponent behind him. D causes a generic flip over the shoulder animation. j.D causes him to perform a backflip, launching the opponent into the air. His supers have already been described. However, I'll go into a bit more detail on the counter super. 236236D - Can be activated from any type of hit; a projectile, or an actual physical hit. They have different effects depending. If a physical hit touches the shield, everything stops and Haku-men hits instantly, and does around 40% ~ 50% damage on most characters. If a projectile hits, he will go into the animation without the screen freeze. The "hit" is the middle of the screen, and hits over the entire thing. Honestly, I'm not sure if it is unblockable or not; but that is easy to test. :3
  12. It seems that his pokes offer a multitude of options based on the point in the attack's animation... That far sword slash recovers very slowly, but you can't just IAD over him, because the hitbox hits upwards towards the end of the attack. This isn't something I've seen before, and he may be more interesting because of it. Honestly, the largest issue I can imagine is his abare being low because of his lack of gatlings and reliance on a timer based star system. But, if his damage is as large as it looks so far... (Already they have found a 4 hit, 35% damage throw combo off of a 1-star attack.) Then he -should- theoretically pan out alright. :3
  13. It's pretty good. :3
  14. >:3 I batstomp Robo-Ky to the moon.
  15. any time you start a mix-up with 2P, it's completely pointless. they can block it crouching or standing.
  16. GOOD JOB LATIFFFFFFFFFFFFF YEAH x
  17. Bucklemyshoe: I don't want you to think I'm dissing you. I want all combo videos to be the best. One of the reasons I never do combo videos is that while some of my ideas are cool, but they aren't the best they can be. One thing that would really improve your videos would be to consult top players and ask / show them footage. LOTS of us can help you, and you could make a really good video. One thing so, the video's music.. it isn't very suiting without some sexy editing. Let me know what I can do to help. :o
  18. Bucklemyshoe, I feel this video is not finished. There are numerous clips which seem too hastily put together. You should really refine it, and re-release it. If you need help with the combos, let me know. But, at this point, I can't give you much praise for it.
  19. stop picking on bucklemyshoe. i-no doesn't do great damage. she does difficult combos for average damage generally. she has a few good set-ups for high damage. but i think the best way to put it is, the BEST I-No of all time was koichi; he dropped her in AC because she was so bad, and he's a combo god; he invented so much stuff with her, it's crazy. if he can't win with her anymore, or land high damage anymore... @_@ who can. me, that's who.
  20. as i posted on youtube professional neko rating music: 9/10 combos: 7.6/10 editing: 8.0/10 sexy neko factor: 100% i think after watching it again, the combos are lots better than the first time i saw it :o so boost it up 1.0 point
  21. more like shit is FUCKING AWESOME:toot: :toot: :toot:
