if you use commas, you are using standardized "you fully recover, link the next hit". -> is basically saying the next in series. slayer's combos DO have some links, but for the most part it's much easier to read with arrows to space it apart. it's been the standard for years.

i think on a scale of 1 to neko rtl is king meow

my only suggestion is totally anal and ridiculous. bolding combo starter spacing between >, or using -> but yeah, i wouldn't bother doing that. hella more work for nothing

#R slayer was the best version. ch pilebunker dizzy combos were easy as hell, bite infinite gave you back hella life, 6HS -> pilebunker was too good, pretty much could rape you anywhere with j.D ultimate knockdown into dumbass okizeme stuff. plus you had option select air throw :3333 XX was 2nd best. he had absolutely shit okizeme, the shittiest most situational combos ever, but he had 23f BDC (@_@), and bite infinite that was beyond broken. potemkin match-up was like completely impossible slash was alot better than #R because you got more damage from 2HS CH, better ranging, waaaaay better oki, but you got shitty knockdowns (unless you had 50% tension) and sometimes limited options due to just the way he was designed at this point. they still used too much of XX slayer as a design, so his damage options were limited still, but he usually killed your ass once he hit you. AC is probably the new best, because you get back the complete bullshit (CH DoT), you incredibly okizeme (close slash -> pilebunker), you get the craziest air combo ability (2K -> 2HS -> BBU), and you get some bullshit invinicbility at mappa range back (BBU). and bite is useful again (bite -> BBU leads to like 160 damage) too bad BDC sucks ass, but oh well~

by far the best slayer video so far, no questions. however, i HIGHLY suggest people check out the POPY amusement video of Ogawa's team, with NIGA slayer. He has so many incredibly smart options. Ending air combos with BBU to cause a fucked up mind-game for the opponent. (the opponent was too far away to j.D, so he uses BBU as a knockdown. however, it's highly techable. If they DO tech it, he gets a free air-throw / reset combo / 6HS. @_@!) Not to mention the HOT SJI combo he does. :O~

all final side videos are good (slayer cm) electric communication is broken, and i hate testament times 999999

slip 2 is probably the best you can get on average imo only one person i've ever met can mash lvl 3, and he could mash out of dizzy in like 3 seconds
-
jesus christ niga slayer is amazing.
-
nobody mashes at slip 3, that shit is insane.
-
slayer is not about offense. slayer is about being defensive until he has an opening, then being offensive. you guys tried back and forth like, almost mashing moves out to get out of blocking. if i played you, i'd just do ex pilebunkers on okizeme against you since i know you'd eat it nonstop. stop learning combos, start learning gameplay
-
in terms of a mix-up, fake dust is 3/10.
-
ch DoT is pretty much how you win. if he does unsafe pressures like 2HS -> bloodweb, you get the round. otherwise you lose.
-
i highly recommend spending 2 months learning how to do K (ji) -> chem love FRC iad or doing 632146K frc iad instant 632146S for random damage anywhere. ugh my hands. ;-; i wish i-no wasn't so ass in AC... she had potential. v.v

dude, offensive potemkin = the easiest potemkin to own. if all you're doing is pressuring me, i can easily get you away from me. all the while you get close enough to me to pot buster / heat grab, i can just poke you away / do basic counters all day long. why do you think the japanese spam slide head in the first place? because they can never get in to be offensive without an easy knockdown first. if you want to play a mindlessly offensive character, play millia or something. potemkin has to sit back and take naps most of the round in -tournament- play, and when they get one slide head, the round is instantly in their favor. rush rush rush is a sure way to get destroyed. forgot to mention; by playing offensive mostly, you WILL eat mix-ups more often. in GG, the most important part of the game is DEFENSE. if you cannot defend and constantly try to get out of pressure, you will absolutely lose in a high level match. not to mention, most characters have easy counters to pot buster / heat grab "mix-up". so all you're doing is K -> pot buster style set-ups, you're going to eat damage every time. nobody cares about old style set-ups. the entire point of potemkin's new game is he doesn't need to use escapable throw set-ups anymore; he can use gay-ass nearly unescapable slide head mix-ups to get in, and then destroy shiz. so yes. you have your own style. gwygy is talking about a style used in tournaments that's proven to be effective by both the japanese and his own style.
-
japanese players do not care about flashy shit. they are out to win. spamming slide head is safe generally most of the time. one slide head is pretty much all you need to completely destroy them. potemkin buster set-ups? he's had them since XX; and guess what. the japanese have learned how to get out of most of them.

one of the best pieces of advice to give you would be: faultless defense. her pressures don't let up generally, and all you can do to avoid unblockables / make her pressures have holes is to push her away as much as possible while risking very little. if you push her away farther, her tick throw set-ups will be more obvious and you will take less damage overall. ;o i know i'm kinda talking anti-aba strats, but whatevers.
-
you can also combo sword's 63214HS from 2S which means sexy also
-
her FB seems terrible after messing around with it so far. It seems like it has some basic uses (giving you some damage from random j.P's), but other than that it's pretty lame...
-
From the look of it, it was just a simple backdash cancel with a normal.. I couldn't tell anything different from looking at the video.

HOLY SHIT THIS IS A THREAD x

So, you CAN play delay 1 if you are under 40ms with the other person. Me / Spirit Juice were playing with zero lag, 60FPS.
