I don't quite understand. So you wait for them to tech on the ground or in the air? Also I saw in a video that after doing 3C>j2C>Alle~can>5C>]8D[ it leads to an unblockable. But it doesn't work on all characters (IIRC it works on Ragna, Hakumen, Tager, and MAYBE Rachel). I normally try to bait a burst with 2A>2B>3C>632146C which works most of the time. Also, would you guys mind critiquing my Carl? I'm gonna record a match to display how I play on Thursday.

Hey guys, I've been working on tech trapping with Carl in various situations, such as the 3C into ]2D[ that was mentioned. I've also tried doing j2C>214C (extremely delayed), but this doesn't always work. Could you guys give me a few pointers on tech traps with Carl?

When I'm idling on a game, I'm either playing on my PSP, buming on my laptop, or working on my project. In yesterdays case, I was playing on my PSP. When are we going to have our Carl ditto match, Panda? And when are you getting Guilty Gear 2?

I'm getting the hang of the shoryu motion and air dashing, but my only problem now is just practicing with the stick. My ultimate concern is using the 2A>2B>3C>22D>IAD>j2C>Alle~can>2C>etc. I can rarely do the IAD in time, especially on the right side. Any tips there? 3: EDIT: I also use the ABCD format with no shortcuts.

You know what they say, great minds think alik--- Fuuuuuughhh! This arcade stick is hard to get used to.

I don't know if this is the right topic to ask this buuuut... I just got an arcade stick today, and I'm having the worst time instant air dashing to the right. I can do it 100% of the time to the left, but no luck on the right. I have my thumb set to right side of the ball, index and middle finger on the top, and ring finger on the bottom. I can get his clap and ground loops down, but my only problem is the IAD. Any tips?

Ayumu, you almost never combo (except maybe with Tager on occasion). But my opinions aside, try doing something more complicated, like a clap loop, Taokaka's taunt combos, Litchi's combos, etc.

Ayumu, you suck. Lol just kidding. The only game I'll be playing is Blazblue (and maybe Star Ocean 4 again) since I'll be getting my arcade stick tomorrow. :3

Is KOU talking about running into those orbs (don't remember the name) and then dropping of servants while running? I normally don't use it unless I'm in a rush to capture more than 1 ghost at a time.

I was just giving an example. If you know all about the servants, then what else would you like to know? Canceling out of 6X, using his 4/6/j drill Y to set up an unblockable...?
