Bang's floating while doing TK dnails seems to be a direct nerf to his pressure. 2B losing its JC means that it will more or less only be a combo only tool. (2B 5B stuff doesn't work at all ranges)

I know the date is really close to Dante's, but with the holidays coming up, there isn't much of a choice, we canceled the last one and told everybody to go to Dantes, and Battle for Seattle features a couple games that Dante's doesn't. If you can attend both events, please do! I started this event in hopes that our community could start a local monthly tournament scene for the games that don't get much exposure and or tournaments in the Northwest. My goal is that this series might evolve into something big with the help of our local community's attendance and participation. This month's tournament will be the second of many.. I plan to add/subtract games depending on how things go this month. Persona 4 Arena will be added in August. The venue is really nice and has a fair amount of room, but we will need people to bring setups so that the tournaments run smoothly. There is a small $4 venue fee that needs to be paid when you walk in. Thank you Dacidbro for the advice... I recently picked up akihiko and I wasn't aware of some of these tricks, so I found your posts to be extremely helpful. from the small bit of playing vs Mitsuru, right now I feel that its better to constantly pressure her rather than committing to cyclone mixup. Her jab is 7F while your 5A is 5F and +0 and 5AA is -2 (i think) and vacuums. She has to commit pretty hard to beat either of these. 5AA -> 5A should result in a trade if she does 5A herself to get out. Bait one DP and you pretty much win (if she doesn't burst).

are you sure this works? - FC 5B > 236C > 4C > BD > 2B > j.B > 5B > 2B > sj.B(1) > j.236B > 6D > 4A > 6D > 6B > 236236B having trouble getting the 4A to connect. I can do the same combo without 2B jB and it works

don't really feel that BB:EX Bang combo thread needs to be reformatted, but I will admit that it is pretty sloppy. I'll make a small clean post of recommended combos/combo routes or I could tidy up the current thread. As for CP Bang, the combo thread will be awesome... but not until the game is actually out on CONSOLE!!! Since the game has changed drastically, I think that we will be seeing lots of combos within the first couple of weeks and I don't really feel like they all need to be posted. Matchup threads won't be posted until someone on the Bang forums actually PLAYS CP. Any other questions or thoughts?
