My goal is that this series might evolve into something big with the help of our local community's attendance and participation. This month's tournament will serve as a test run, and to see how everything works out with the venue and time constraints. I plan to add/subtract games depending on how things go this month. Persona 4 Arena will be added in August. The venue is really nice and has a fair amount of room, but we will need people to bring setups so that the tournaments run smoothly. There is a small $3 venue fee that needs to be paid when you walk in. 5C jA jC RC jC is for midscreen and 5C jC RC jC is for the corner. 5C jC RC jC is a universal fuzzy in the corner (thanks tokyo bang). Its just a just do it kind of thing... except 5C jC is pretty decent... it just nice to have some form of mixup they can't react to. Its only worth it if you have a hard time opening up your opponent with standard mixup...

I agree with Dacidbro, all of the top US players have developed into what they are today by a combination of watching JP match videos and playing alot. It is important to see what the best players are doing, but even more important to understand why they are doing it. I'm going to start up my Match Analysis series when midterms are over if you ever get bored.
