  1. Please help me compile all of the changes in this thread. From Dora (not a direct quote): New Super is GOD! Similiar to Chipp's Maximum Spider super except it is an air command grab that hits the whole screen. Does 2700 damage. FRKZ is REALLY STRONG. j22A is similiar to Platinum's Swallow Moon Steel Rain costs 4 nails, unsure how to use. Guard Crush is bad. CP Bang >>>> EX Bang Crush Triggers don't seem balanced between the cast. Hitstop is decreased and Combos are short, so the game feels much faster. new combo route -> 6C>J22a>J4C>6C~ FRKZ deactivates in the middle of a combo SuperCrash is bad DORA BANG COLOR (PURPLE) is GONE
  2. looks like everybody is happy.
  3. looks like everybody is happy.
  4. the tournament is actually really relaxed and we have lots of casuals, so I recommend bringing them anyways.... I'm sure they'll have fun at the very least.... (and they will learn too)
  5. most of the people who netplay here play on PSN, so i'm sure you can find some online games. as for the tournament.... i'll see if anybody from really up north is going and i'll pm you before saturday if I find someone.
  6. Battle For Seattle Featuring Persona 4 Arena, Blazblue, Skullgirls, Melty Blood, Mortal Kombat 9 and KOF 13 The Venue is Gamebreakerz, located at : 4111 A Street Southeast Auburn, WA 98002 (253) 833-8282 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Contact Information: Landis Huey 253-298-8026 huey253@hotmail.com ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ I started this event in hopes that our community could start a local monthly tournament scene for the games that don't get much exposure and or tournaments in the Northwest. My goal is that this series might evolve into something big with the help of our local community's attendance and participation. This month's tournament will be the second of many.. I plan to add/subtract games depending on how things go this month. Persona 4 Arena will be added in August. The venue is really nice and has a fair amount of room, but we will need people to bring setups so that the tournaments run smoothly. There is a small $4 venue fee that needs to be paid when you walk in. The event will be streamed at twitch.tv/logichole --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Main Games: Persona 4 Arena (PS3/360) BlazBlue CSEX(Ps3) Melty Blood (PC) Skullgirls (PS3/360?) Mortal Kombat 9 (PS3/360?) KOF13 (PS3/360?) ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Schedule: 7/27/12 Singles Tournaments: Game – Entry Fee – Start time Blazblue EX – $5 -7:30pm Persona 4 Arena – $5 – 7:30pm Persona 4 Arena 3on3 Teams - $2 per person (for now) - 9:30pm MbCC -- $5-- 7:30pm Skullgirls $5 -- 7:30pm Mortal Kombat 9 - 7:30pm KOF13 $5 - 7:30pm ———————————————————————————————————– We NEED setups! If you can bring a monitor and or console, please let me know. I think Gamebreakerz already has a couple Asus monitors and xbox360s, but we'll need much more than that that to make this experience go so smoothly. List of Setups 1. ———————————————————————————————————– There is a bunch of food within walking distance (across the street) and eating in the venue is okay as long as you are respectful. (Don't make a mess, if you do, clean it up). Stream Schedule will be posted soon
  7. you should upload it to youtube please.

  14. i thought school was referencing to me beating him up?
  15. ME ME ME... If you have a chance, you should try using IRC. if you can't, no worries. We meet up randomly throughout the week and our monthly is on the 27th of July in Auburn
  16. Thanks... Do you know what his oki is?
  17. From the 3 to 4 hours of playing the game, I greatly disagree with your statement. I feel he has the most solid oki *probably the best atm* that everybody in the game has to respect, and all of his normals are also really good. His Dragon Punch has the best vertical range, can be used in the air, and also has a pretty good horizontal hitbox. I haven't learned the ONE MORE BURST combos yet, but everything else seemed just as easy if not easier than Vergil in UMVC3. Also, Narukami's pressure seems to be pretty good between watching videos and playing him myself.
  18. http://www.twitch.tv/huey253# streaming BB also i played Narukami Yu... because i'm the king... Dacidbro played akihiko!
  19. i'm sorry for doing crappy combos once again... but atleast I won this time~! I will be streaming BB today if anybody wants to tune in.
  20. I'm sorry for flaking out... I was really busy with my Marvel pools and supporting my local friends in their Marvel pools including Don and Vineeth. (they got 25th place each) Thanks for everybody showing up and supporting Blazblue even at this time of the year. Thanks for everybody for supporting me! I'm really sorry about flaking out on some people, I'll try not to let something like that happen ever again
