Have I ever told you that I love you? You spared me a 20 mile trip to Press Start to fire up CS and start trying to find stuff that might work in CS2 still. Now I get to stay home tonight instead of going and testing stuff out.

I'm really liking this idea, it goes perfectly hand in hand with 6A's ability to hit crouching opponents now too. It's almost like we have 6C B+C back, but it's even funnier to watch and it's most likely corner specific.

Have you EVER played Noel at all? Let alone competently or against a competent one? You CAN get that 3C off whether you link into it or you use it at just the right place and right time. It's honestly not too difficult, scrub or not. ._. As far as this info goes about her BnB doing 4.2k, that sounds incredible, I'm so happy right now. -
Well yeah but my point is that they "nerf" her damage, but they keep leaving things to work with that produce the same, if not, even more damage. Me and my point are standing on top of the main optimism train with pride until we get a bigger 411 on CS2 Noel like new found combos and stuff because my MLC told me to.

Aww balls. I'm going to miss tagging online players with 6C into purple throw into Fenrir. It was one of those things that never got old. If this whole 4k mashing damage mid-screen thing turns out to be true and it's actually 22B[xN], I'm going to laugh hysterically and become the best M. Bison Noel ever when CS2 rolls around. -
Good news, hopefully my PS3 is getting fixed in the next month or two because I'm starting to get money saved up again. I'll be on CS soon enough I hope.

That's what they said last time, yet we found combos that did even MORE damage than most of the CT Noel combos. I know one thing that probably just won't change about Noel unless they completely change her playstyle and it's the fact that Noel can really hurt things in less than 15 hits. They said Noel got damage nerfed for CS1, yet I still find a drive BnB that does even more damage than the old drive BnB. Too bad we won't be able to do that combo anymore either because for whatever reason, they took out the JC-ability of d.5C, yet we're hearing about getting 4k off of just mashing alone in the latest Loke. See a pattern here? They can't damage nerf her, they'd have to take away her guns and make her fat first so that she can't use the normals she has that bring the pain in the first place. It's just like when they said they damage nerfed C-Sion in MBAA. With her j.[C] around, I FAILED TO SEE THE NERF. Anywho that's another story, we're discussing the chick with the beret that's in BlazBlue, not Mashy Blood.

Yeahhh I know, I went and read your post in the other thread just minutes after posting here and I was like "FFFFFFFFFFFF!" ._. There's still a good amount of stuff to work with anyways so I can't really say it's THAT big of a deal. So 3C 22C 6C 22C 66C 22C 66C 22C j.B jc j.B j.C(3) j.236C doesn't even work anymore? I'll admit it's slightly shocking but there's plenty more to work with off of 3C and other combo starters. As long as we can still do standalone drive specials on landing (because it's fun to surprise people with IAD d.623D) and 3C still goes under a lot of stuff, I'm not going to be that bothered by any changes at all. Noel still has A LOT of potential and can definitely be worked with.

Hey everybody, I'm sure there's not a single person that remembers me on this board anymore because not only did I tend to not post here often, but also I disappeared quite fast after I did post something on this board. Another thing I can almost guarantee is that nobody here has seen me on BBCS because my PS3 had an aneurysm and died 5 months ago so I have to constantly practice CS on a friend's PS3 or at Press Start Games (I love their "Take as much time as you want" policy). If I ever established any sort of reputation or name for myself, it was back in BBCT where the net code rocked and let me actually pull off Haidas and stuff proficiently. ANYWAYS enough about that, I wanted to come here to LokeTest change thread to post my analysis of CS2 Noel. Do note that it might not be the best just because I look at it from my own perspective and I tend to work with any and all character changes because I suffer from MLC (Main Loyalty Complex) and I'm highly adaptive. So now that I've tortured everyone with run on sentences enough for today, I'll go ahead and paste my analysis of the changes made in CS2 for Noel that I posted in the main LokeTest thread in Gameplay Discussion. So there you go. I personally don't find these changes to be that bad or even that good. I think she's a little bit better as far as all around gameplay goes and it looks like she still has some pretty safe stuff to work with. No Rambo Combo or other extensive Haidas, oh well, I never did get enough time to sit and learn them due to circumstances already previously mentioned. The most basic Haida still works, right? Noel does more damage, right? Go get 'em. Aww balls... I'm going to miss cancelling second hit of a purple throw into Fenrir because most people online can't break throws.

Bah, I never did get to learn those combos anyways because my PS3 turned into a boomer and blew up back in June and I still haven't fixed it. I was happy to at least get down my own made up combos off of 3C that did more damage than the old drive BnB and almost more than the basic Haida just by playing BBCS at Press Start Games and at my friend's house. Just from MASHING? Yaaaaaaaay! I wonder how much damage the Drive BnB would do now. Noel mains, we still have the most basic CT Haida, am I right? WE GOT THIS BY THE BALLS! :D Okay in a more civilized and analytic manner, let's look at it this way. Noel lost her big bad Rambo Combo, we all knew that a while ago, HOWEVER in exchange for the loss of the extensive Haida loops, she gets out more damage now and she has a fair share of slightly buffed/nerfed normals. In other words, combos are shorter, but do more damage. I see no problems here, I think she's actually better and obviously just a little bit easier to use. Boys and girls who main the useless one of the cast, I hope you all remember the most basic Haida because I sure do and it'll be time to start using it again when CS2 rolls around. (I can't wait until a certain person who doesn't visit DustLoop finds out that the Rambo Combo is gone because it's the only thing they relied on, lololol) -
Well making up color combos that look good that haven't been made yet is one of the ideas behind the palette editor. I don't think any of my palettes in particular are that obnoxious at all compared to certain other color edits. MAYBE blood berry is a bit...unique, but maybe you being distracted by it would be a good thing because you would keep your eyes on me more often, lol.

The palette editor or that particular palette? Neither of them come with the game. The palette editor comes with the netplay patch and I made all of those palettes myself (Sorael helped a bit with Real Folk Blues though). One of the nice things about the palette editor is that it saves them in PAL format files so if someone else wants a certain palette, I can just send that file to them so they can put it in their palette folder and use it in their game.

I main Millia and sub Faust in #Reload. My main in AC is Order-Sol and my subs are Chipp and Millia. As for controller, I use my PS2 Dualshock connected via USB adapter. I heard of ways to get a PS3 Dualshock or Sixaxis to work on PC, it's definitely possible, but it doesn't work on everything so it can be a bit of a pain. Yes, the palette editor is a nice thing. Yes my PS3 is still out of it. It's going to be like that for quite a while still. When I say #Reload, I mean the PC version, there's a netplay patch for it (and a palette editor too) and I've been playing that online as of late to get my fix against human players. I should mention that when I get another PS3 or whatever, I won't be playing BlazBlue anywhere near as much as I used to because that game made me pick up way too many bad habits which killed me across the board in other fighters. HOWEVER as far as PS3 fighters go, I will DEFINITELY be picking up Arcana Heart 3 when it comes out, I've been having a blast with Arcana Heart 1 on my PS2.

D: So I was talking to Jourdal on skype and he said that he lost to a really good Rachel and it was a girl, I asked him "Was that Rachel by chance Lufenia?" and he said yes, I was like "Lol I know her, she's a friend of mine." xD You should totally get GGXX #Reload, I'm trying to get others in on it so I can play with everyone again. ._.
