  2. Makoto's air to air was pretty good, thanks to her j.B. Her air to ground game is crappy though. Don't get me started on her j.C hitbox. When I saw its hitbox I seriously cried at how terrible it was.

  4. Makoto being strong probably just means she got Tager syndrome; she's stronger because everyone else got nerfed. Though looking at what she got nerfed herself I doubt she's that strong.

  9. Wikipedia says it's a VN, but everyone I know who's played Umineko says it's a sound novel. The difference being that Umineko focuses more on music and less on the art, since it doesn't have a lot of CGs and the art style is lol at best. But eh, whatever.
  10. Umineko ain't a visual novel, it's sound novel. Get it right. Also, it's not an eroge, so no H. The anime of this, from what I've heard, sucks balls compared to the original SN. Also, if anything, the music in Umineko is superb. Play it for the music. :D
  11. Whoever thinks that tech rolling in BB is a great thing to have in a fighter should play Melty. Their tech system is too good. Tech immediately and if you tech wrong, say hello to another combo into knockdown. Also, I wonder what kind of damage characters can get off of grabs now. Does this mean that Mu and Lambda's airgrabs are top tier now solely because of their 2K bullshit?

  13. 16:9 makes it take so long for a character to hit the wall for a wall bounce. It's best advised to keep to the usual ratio.
  14. Suddenly, they give us Dusts and GG's Burst system.
  15. IB nerf means that Makoto's blockstrings can't be punished as easily as before. This is good news.
  16. I love these new Makoto buffs. 2B 5B gatling means added damage and possibly mixup since you can jc 5B. No aerial tech after 214AC mash means oki and midscreen damage at the same time. This is good news.
  17. It's nothing near QB status, but yeah, it's odd to have it like that. I liked it better when it was just static pics. Though I suppose it'll be more fun when you're playing alone, lol. I'm pretty sure though that the sidebars will be able to be changed in options, so if you don't want to embarrass yourself in front of your non AH playing friends.

  23. There are a couple of lol character combo vids that involve dodging Danzai. Like for Dizzy, all she has to do is go up close and summon a fish. For some reason, Danzai whiffs Dizzy's hitbox point blank, and the fish eats the second hit, allowing Dizzy to do whatever to ABA. For other characters, they have different strategies. Of course, I don't think every character has great specifics vs Danzai.
  24. If Makoto's 3C has been buffed, fuck yes. Also if BBS is still strong, a bit longer startup is fine to me. I'm laughing though at the CS2 concept for her. Speedier combos? Well, we'll just have to see how her new drive changes work with that.
