  10. Noel in CS2 is gonna be the same except without Haida Loops in exchange for some slightly buffed normals. She's going to be fine.

Also, just how hard is pulling off her triple D corner combo now that her drive's hitstun has been reduced? Gah, I'd really like to see it in action.
