There's a lot across the street from the building. There are signs that say 4 hour limit, but those are either old or not enforced. Nobody has ever been towed for staying too long.

I can kind of confirm this. Last night I checked out the Street View on Google Maps and you can see that there's a parking lot across the street with ample parking spots.
