I tried spacing it as perfectly as possible as you can see but I either kept declining(losing air) with each throw or the opponent went out of wack and I missed the regrab and in all honesty I have NO IDEA how to fix it.

I haven't done this yet so I'm not sure if they're quality but it's worth checking out i would imagine, maybe someone with capture equipment could get these on youtube ? I'd like to see the top ranked carl on PSN but only have 360 :S
