Maniak Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 some of this stuff is too rediculas though I mean someone has to be leaking something I mean how are ya just playin and randomly deside oh I wanna do 222+HS with ky everytime I knockdown, or I wonder what would happen if I did 214214214214+P+HS with Sol. I'm thinkin eventually they will up and release a video displaying everyone's secret moves
Darkhonor90 Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 Shit happens. The Ky one shouldn't have been too hard to find. SOMEONE was BOUND to try 222+HS by accident. The sol one was probably someone messing around with dragon install trying to do it correctly and came upon it idk
Vyze Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 On the note of Ky's hidden 222H - I got 5 rounds (seperately) on one specific person at my local gaming club in one night using it. It's easily Ky's flashiest way to win, and I cheered every time.
purify Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 Is it actually confirmed that every character has a hidden move?
Akuma Goof Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 It's nothing big or fancy, but I've discovered 2 moves for Anji that are not on the command list: 3+S - A strange move that doesn't seem to guard point very well and has a large startup, but perhaps there is more than meets the eye... 3+K - A pretty useful fan sweep that knocks down on hit. Could be a nice combo starter. I'll post more hidden moves as I find them.
Akuma Goof Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 Also, just for more clarification (since some of you still seem a bit thrown off), the easiest way to pull off Dizzy's IK is to use Respect (taunt), and during the Respect you enter the command: Charge 2, 8462+P+HS Performing this during Respect is the easiest since pressing up during the Respect animation will not cause you to jump.
Tirian Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 I'm assuming these moves are only considered hidden because they're not on the console command list? Because I've been aware of Ky's 222 HS for months, and assumed it was a regular part of his repertoire, and was even kind of surprised to see it called a "hidden move" after it being such common knowledge for such a long time.
YaR 1030 Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 yea, to most about everyone, moves not listed in command list are hidden moves.
RedBeard Posted June 8, 2007 Posted June 8, 2007 I'm assuming these moves are only considered hidden because they're not on the console command list? Hmm well in the case of Anji with his 3S and 3K, I think those weren't intended to be hidden or anything. Maybe just forgot to put them on the movelist.. However Ky's being absent from the movelist is kind of strange. I think it was intended to be hidden. Just cause it's common knowledge now doesn't mean it wasn't a hidden command before though.
Dani Posted June 9, 2007 Author Posted June 9, 2007 I can't seem to pull off Dizzy's move, I take charge = hold?
Maniak Posted June 9, 2007 Posted June 9, 2007 It's cause you won't see any of these moves listed on any official moves list. Like Sol'sand Jam's supers.
Necrosis Posted June 9, 2007 Posted June 9, 2007 Easiest way to do Dizzy's IK for me is Respect charge 2 874123641236+P+H.
DonPatch Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 didn't see this mentioned yet, so I'll try throwing it out. johnny has a hidden move for 3HS where he swings his sword down, then up again. this common knowledge or something new?
Cloud_1one Posted June 11, 2007 Posted June 11, 2007 Off topic mm. i`m new here so Hi everyone. well with my poor english i´ll try to post here since now. In topic i dont now if you already now, but EX I-No can do the hidden special Megalomania using burst, the comand is 6321463214+PKS and from what i know is at random wich effect will use (the three variants that I-No Boss uses) and can be done even if you are being hit like boss. well i hope this helps. if not, doesn´t matter.
Cloud_1one Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 ooh sorry, i´m stupid, i saw the EX I-No´s comand list and Megalomania appears on it, it´s not "Hidden". sorry
Ieru Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 Today we were trying out sol's awesome new SSJ Dragon install when all of a sudden my buddy cosmic pulled off a tyrant rave like no other. He powered up his fists and punched forward and shot out the rave part. He randomly did it a second time and it doesn't seem to be in the move list either... Check it out just go awesome dragon install mode and just spam specials...
YaR 1030 Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 i assumed he did the Forcebreak version. thus his powerful hands
Sòlrök Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 Please tell me you're kidding... Are you sure you didn't just do the normal Overdrive? He does have two Tyrant Raves now. The Forcebreak and two-fist slam. Please people, don't just mash without knowing what moves are already on there... Definately sounds like Force Break Fafnir -> Tyrant Rave combo.
Nekich Posted June 12, 2007 Posted June 12, 2007 I think it might be good for someone to write a Mini-FAQ on the hidden moves so that people won't start spouting repeat info or common knowledge. Then why won't you write one? If nobody else is up to it.
finaleden Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 well...how about slayer? try 63214+S then press any button you that can use on his 214+P/K move I don't think that it's on the move list...
Hatred Edge Posted October 13, 2007 Posted October 13, 2007 Wait? What? WHAT? That's not a hidden move for Slayer. The command isn't 63214+S either. Slayer doesn't have a 63214+S move. He has a 214+S move. It Dandy step S which is why he can do the same followups as 214+P/K.
