Elochai Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 I'd say 90% of the songs on Phase III are remixes lol. The only "new" songs are the story ones/menus/FRKZ theme/OP & ED iirc. I'm kinda disappointed too because Black Onslaught II is actually decent. One thing I don't like about the OST CD (and this is a nitpick) is how the files are named. Some are all lowercase, some have the first letter lower cased, and some are all caps. It's like really random lol.
Kyosuke Kagami Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 oh lol i got confused then btw brahz do you know if the hard corps uprising music was ever released in a CD?
Calamitus Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 (edited) Because it's a remix. Phase III only has the "new" songs. BLAZBLUE PHASE III CHRONOPHANTASMA Original Soundtrack and BLAZBLUE SONG INTERLUDE II are different things. First one includes all tracks (except BO II), second includes only new songs (except menu, story and stuff) oh lol i got confused then btw brahz do you know if the hard corps uprising music was ever released in a CD? They did not. You can search in every store or sites which specializes on music and you will find nothing. Edited November 29, 2013 by Chaoschao222
Manta Posted November 28, 2013 Posted November 28, 2013 Only really noticed this now, but is it just me, or does the Highlander sound an awful lot like Feel a Fear from the GG soundtrack?
Chaoschao222 Posted November 29, 2013 Author Posted November 29, 2013 The beginning of it sounds extremely like Feel a Fear, but after the intro, I don't really notice anything.
Volt Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 Only really noticed this now, but is it just me, or does the Highlander sound an awful lot like Feel a Fear from the GG soundtrack? I knew I've heard that intro somewhere...
BlackYakuzu94 Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 So from what I what I understand, the AM DLC only comes with a few of the original songs instead of all of them right? And the songs are Rebellion, Lust Sin, Under Heaven Destruction, Susanooh, and Awakening the Chaos right?
Tokkan Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 So from what I what I understand, the AM DLC only comes with a few of the original songs instead of all of them right? And the songs are Rebellion, Lust Sin, Under Heaven Destruction, Susanooh, and Awakening the Chaos right? Every single AM BD LE comes with some DLC, that's just the first pack that comes with the first volume.
Verimeloni Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 Really hoping they'd make a versus theme for Bang and Kagura and include it in a patch/DLC. It's not happening but I can dream can I?
GVGguy Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 Finally gotten my hands on that wonderful triple piece of cheese! LOOOOVIN IIIIIIIIIT! :D Really hoping they'd make a versus theme for Bang and Kagura and include it in a patch/DLC. It's not happening but I can dream can I? If not, then it's at the very least an interesting project for me... Think I'll note that down in my "possible projects" list...
Volt Posted November 29, 2013 Posted November 29, 2013 Every single AM BD LE comes with some DLC, that's just the first pack that comes with the first volume. So there's a chance that every song will come back as DLC? Figures...
Dawn of Musou Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 So I thought Spiral was the best BB ending theme. Then I listened to Drive Qualia. So unfitting with CP's ending but so godlike lol.
Elochai Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 Ever since I got the OST CD, I couldn't stop listening to "Bang! Bang! BigBang!". It's so damn catchy. "SEIGEI JOTO ~"
Emma Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 So I thought Spiral was the best BB ending theme. Then I listened to Drive Qualia. So unfitting with CP's ending but so godlike lol. I think that's part of what makes it so great. When I was finishing playing the true end, and the credits started rolling, my jaw dropped and the song only added to it, haha.
Master Of Chaos Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 I still feel the need to have the Anime-remix songs. Was there ever any details about them being released?
Elochai Posted December 1, 2013 Posted December 1, 2013 I still feel the need to have the Anime-remix songs. Was there ever any details about them being released? BBAM OST comes out on the 25th of December.

I was like "This isn't what you play after that ending"
Yazumatto Posted December 2, 2013 Posted December 2, 2013 (edited) You weren't kidding. This makes no sense as a Credits theme. I mean, it's incredible but it doesn't fit at all, considering the nonsense you probably witnessed before the song kicked in. Also, the violin in all of these tracks are hella OD. That being said, the new Endless Despair doesn't fit with Terumi IMO. It doesn't convey "asshole" properly. Edited December 2, 2013 by Yazumatto
Volt Posted December 2, 2013 Posted December 2, 2013 Also, the violin in all of these tracks are hella OD. That being said, the new Endless Despair doesn't fit with Terumi IMO. It doesn't convey "asshole" properly. Because Hazama's the asshole. Terumi goes straight to the bloody murder. At least that's what I can guess from his match voices since I don't speak enough Japanese to know CP story.
Master Of Chaos Posted December 2, 2013 Posted December 2, 2013 Terumi bassically is about beating you to death in the worst way possible while taunting you on how much you suck and boasting how awesome he is. He'll beat you into the ground while stomping all over your face and tell you how he'll rip your dick off with his bare hands and murder your small child while he makes you watch. IMO Endless Despair II fits Terumi like a glove. It makes you think about how truly evil the man you're fighting is.
Yazumatto Posted December 2, 2013 Posted December 2, 2013 (edited) Then he should have had something similar to Black Onslaught or maybe The Highlander. ED II doesn't feel heavy enough to convey what you're describing. Gluttony Fang II sounds heavier than ED II and Hazama sounds chilled the fuck out in CP. OG Endless Despair might fit Terumi but not ED II. And I don't know about you but Terumi is definitely an asshole. Edited December 2, 2013 by Yazumatto
kosmos badgirl Posted December 2, 2013 Posted December 2, 2013 Got mine! plus the anime singles Godlike soundtrack.
TPPR10 Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 May I ask what are the themes of Shadow Yu and the Shadow P3 characters? And does Labrys' Shadow have different theme from normal labrys (Note, Labrys' Shadow is what I call normal Labrys in Shadow mode)
redsilversnake Posted December 3, 2013 Posted December 3, 2013 May I ask what are the themes of Shadow Yu and the Shadow P3 characters? Music from P3 affiliated with Tartarus and the Dark Hour (the ones I've heard so far are Master of Tartarus and Master of Shadow).
