danceljoy Posted September 7, 2009 Posted September 7, 2009 Stalker? I'm guessing he wasn't a game character? He isn't playable, but we see him twice- one from GGX where he introduced himself to Millia while one is from ACplus where he kills Millia. He has no name, all we know that he's blond and acts like an obsessed fanboy. P.S It is observable that he looks quite like Ky Kiske but the circumstances make it impossible. Furthermore, they have different personalities and voices.
Blade Posted September 8, 2009 Author Posted September 8, 2009 You see Stalker-kun in Millia's original GG ending.
Soothesayer Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 I never even knew about this guy...that's just creepy. o_0
Blade Posted September 8, 2009 Author Posted September 8, 2009 Truth is he's not really a stalker, just a guy who likes her, but she's an ex-assassin whose always looking over her shoulder for Soshiki...and even now she's on the run from PWAB, so she's not exactly got time for romance...so he end's up chasing her as she runs, lol! It's more Millia's doing than his. You can see the ending animation at GuiltyGear.ru
Soothesayer Posted September 8, 2009 Posted September 8, 2009 Oh thanks, how come he killed her in AC+ plus(never played it)? Did she reject him and he just didn't take it well?
Blade Posted September 8, 2009 Author Posted September 8, 2009 It's basically a 'what-if' situation but: --He viewed Millia as a heroine, and idolized her. --When she started killing random innocent people with Angra when it went berserk, his view of her shattered. --He says she "spurned" him, so I'm guessing he had an over-engrossed obsession with her or rather, had delusions that she was simply ignoring him. When he does kill her though, she embraces him saying 'it's better this way', and dies in his arms...he breaks out from his reverie to find he killed her. It's kinda sad. Good thing most likely the real ending is her running from PWAB after witnessing Eddie's death.
TheAirCorsair Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 Millia helped Johnny relocate orphans? Was that in one of the drama CDs?
Soothesayer Posted September 9, 2009 Posted September 9, 2009 I love Millia, thanks for clearing things up Blade, much appreciated.
Blade Posted September 17, 2009 Author Posted September 17, 2009 AirCorsair, you've got it backwards. Millia was looking after an orphan she found while on the run, Johnny ran into her and decided to help. Not much about the "God Series" is mentioned before or after that. I don't know if Suzaku or the other local Japanese-fluent people have listened to the Drama CDs yet...or what their take is on the dialogue, but that's what I gleaned from the conversation she had with Johnny. As for this thread "dying", that's not something you guys need to worry about. This is a Q and A thread, so if you have questions, all you have to do is ask here. Meanwhile, I'll be posting Sol's relationship list soon...I'm debating on whether or not to break it up into two posts since it is a rather long list for him specifically.
danceljoy Posted September 17, 2009 Posted September 17, 2009 One post for the men/women, negative/positive/neutral or whatever the category is so it'll be organized.
Blade Posted September 17, 2009 Author Posted September 17, 2009 I don't think I could sort it (i.e. gender/alliance) like that since there's a lot of information...that and Sol doesn't like many people.
Blade Posted September 20, 2009 Author Posted September 20, 2009 It's come to my attention that many European players don't have easy access to Guilty Gear XX Accent Core +, at least the English version of Story Mode. I'm a little busy at the moment, but if anyone can spearhead turning the Storymode Script in to a FAQ form of the dialogue (which is pretty much reading and typing it up), I think lots of people would appreciate your efforts! I'll upload it to my Site Page and BioLogIn will upload it to GG.ru when he's notified.
Jam-Kiske Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 I'd be willing to give it somewhat of shot. But it'd only be whatever specific stories I decide to do and I dunno when they'd be done... I just did 2 earlier... if I'd have known. ;.;

Just gotta see if this crappy laptop of mine actually has ways to type it up then load it to the interwebs. Edit: Yep, This laptop has WordPad, so I can type it up. As for how to get it to who it needs to get too, I have no clue..xP Edit2: Doing Justice's path now. Bored FTW
Jam-Kiske Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 ^So I don't have to do anything? Phew.... I mean I wanted to contribute but nonetheless my lazy side is pleased...
NemesisZeru Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 ^So I don't have to do anything? Phew.... I mean I wanted to contribute but nonetheless my lazy side is pleased... Well, if anyone could tell me how to upload documents from the computer to the internet, so that the stuff I can get can actually be used, that would be nice. Edit: Okay, I feel stupid..I can just copy and paste it, then send it in a message to whoever I need to give it too. lol Edit2: Justice's story mode is done. But at 5761 characters, it's too big to send in a message. <_<;
Blade Posted September 20, 2009 Author Posted September 20, 2009 Sendspace.com will help you send what you need to when you're done.
NemesisZeru Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 Okay. http://www.sendspace.com/file/zbz0am Hope it works. xP
Banji Miten Posted September 20, 2009 Posted September 20, 2009 How many servants does That Man have? 3 or 4? Or just I-No and Raven? Can you explain the relationship between Kinjuu (Forbidden Beast), Kinju (Forbidden Magics) and Hi-Deigokutsuipou (Six Forbidden Magics)?
Blade Posted September 20, 2009 Author Posted September 20, 2009 Did you read any of the questions in this thread? We covered That Man's servants (3 including I-no) and Forbidden Magicks already. Though I should mention, besides Forbidden Magicks being a form of Contract with Kinjuu, it seems that certain 'classes' of Magick even stronger than Forbidden Magick can be Fragmented and put to other uses, such as when Dr. Paradigm had to gather Spell fragments hidden away in the Underwood Hill (Izuna's Home). He needed it to decode the complicated spells Izuna's friends were influenced by. http://dustloop.com/forums/showpost.php?p=317940&postcount=696
Blade Posted September 25, 2009 Author Posted September 25, 2009 Posting this here for reference purposes, this is a list of all the known text found in the clothing on GG characters. I was pouring over artwork and decided to make a list of character's clothing brands: Sol Badguy / Order-Sol: RIOT May: JFP, JELLY FISH, VENUS 6 Zato-One/Eddie: Priest Axl Low: REE (?), MEGU Testament: LOW Johnny: J (?) I-No: Do It Yourself Bridget: RIOT A.B.A: ALICE, SUPER BODY FLUID (Blood Packs) Sin: RIOT Valentine: NONSUGAR Raven: LIVE That Man: HEVEN (?) Some of them may not be clothing brands, just patches, accessories, or epithets, and some may wear multiple brands or what have you, and of course some of them were probably just thrown into art on a whim by Ishiwatari, but I thought I'd list them anyway. Sol always wears RIOT stuff, as does Sin. In one artwork of Bridget and Jam, Bridget's got a RIOT tag on his socks. In one Sol art, his RIOT tags are also marked with "METAL" and "MADE IN USA". May and Johnny probably wear clothing made by one of the Jellyfish Pirates. J's jacket has a "J" emblem in one artwork, and in one artwork May's clothing has "JFP" or "JELLY FISH" on various bits of clothing, as well as a patches on her hat that say "I ♥ JOHNNY (JELLYFISH 2007)" and "VENUS 6". 2007 is because it was for the 2000-2007 artbook. Venus 6 is an amp by Rivera. Axl, Zato, and Testament have brands in their clothing in their GG1 character concept designs. Zato's is listed as a referance to Judas "Priest", and Axl has "REE" written on a belt in one artwork, which may have been FREE or REEL (REAL?) cut off. Axl's also got clothing and a briefcase with a "MEGU" brand in one artwork from around the X era. The bottom of I-No's boots are marked with the brand "Do It Yourself" in one artwork. A.B.A's clothing is marked with the brand "ALICE" in a couple places in one artwork, and in another her blood pack is marked as "SUPER BODY FLUID". Valentine's obviously got NONSUGAR clothing (a suitable name for a gothic lolita brand). Raven's got "LIVE" written on his clothing, and head spike, the latter of which makes it more likely to be a personal epithet than a brand. The visor on his mask says "oreno yutaka terada nawoittomiro", which roughly translated into English from Japanese would be something like, "My body is a temple? We'll see about that." The text on his chest says, "And mortal life shall cease, / A life of joy and peace." Both of the later use the symbol font. The coin over his eye is apparantly a Mexican peso, and says "IMPERATOR CONSTITUT" and something else I can't make out, and was probably just grabbed off the web for the way it looks. That Man has "HEVEN" [sic?] featured prominently on his clothing. The writing on That Man's clothing is "HEVEN MADE MEN FOR IT'S REASON, MEN RESPECT MEN FOR THEIR OWN SAKE.", and there's also "PROTEUS" and "UNI-VERS" on bits of his stuff. Ky Kiske's clothing in doesn't appear to have a brand, but his GG2 clothing is covered with his old "HOPE" epithet, as well as "GLORY OF THE KINGDOM". Potemkin's pile bunker things seem to have a brand name in one artwork, which seem to match up with an ammo box in another, but I couldn't make it out. I can just imagine a Guilty Gear game with a brand-based equipment system like the one in The World Ends With You.
danceljoy Posted September 25, 2009 Posted September 25, 2009 Blade, I need a list of the Story Modes which are not encoded yet so I can type as much as dialogues as I can without repetition.
