Hecatom Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 i used to main kamui and konoha on AH1 and sometimes fiona and meifang , and mained akane for the week that i bothered to play the disastrous AH2 port im interested to main any of those 5 ladies on AH3 or perhaps scharlachrot
Super Robot War Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 I never got to play AH2, played Konoha in AH1. I'll probably keep her and pick up Zenia. I'm sure a lot changed from 1 to 3, so i'll have to play around, might find someone who I didn't like before that I now love, or one of the new characters that appeal.

Devdan Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 I've only played the first game, but I remember liking Maori's playstyle, despite how lame she is. I liked Fiona too, though it doesn't seem like there's much to her (maybe there is now?). I'll probably wind up using one of the new people.

Nah, considering that I played her in AH1 and 2, she's not that difficult if you like her aerial DP's or if you're a zoner.
dooku Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 I played AH1 some, thought it was great... but none of my friends played it very often. AH3 looks hype as hell though, looking to main either Angelia, Lilica, or Clarice.

Varamathras Posted September 26, 2010 Posted September 26, 2010 Didn't she get easier in 3? They completely redid her axle slide, making her quite a bit easier to play. Now you don't have to cancel from an axle slide at all; it's been replaced by rekka's.

Shining Aquas Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 Playing Fiona, so the US has at least one.... I also do legitimately enjoy using her, she's a lot of fun to play despite being pretty weak. Fiona/Wind -> Fiona/Ice, haven't picked a sub yet, might try Nazuna or Lilica for a sub.

orka Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 Yea, almost every other AH player can play Fiona to certain extent. She was my sub too, back in AH1 as well as AH2.

Tsuki Garyuu Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 She's one of those crutch characters, if not like Hakumen, easy to use with ridiculous damage. It also scared me that the health rate in AH3 may have dropped giving Kira a few easy wins.
orka Posted September 27, 2010 Posted September 27, 2010 Kira isn't even that good in AH3, and she deals a lot less combo damage in comparison to AH2 unless she uses EF.

She kills everyone in 3 combos for the most part if she has 1 meter for each of them. 2B 623C 236236E is around 10k damage and very easy. Though of course, the EF combos are better anyway.
