CD you can IB first hit of eddie K and then backdash out. IT's way better than trying SB and getting hit with 30% + unblockable.

i was specifically talking about the vids where he is constantly taunting, dropping all of his combos, and hitting full life bite loop.

whenever he is playing against a good player, he plays much more serious and there is an obvious difference.

but yes, the majority of the combos in accent core are not that hard to learn if you already play other fighting games. also... this is japan we're talking about.

Anyone else having trouble logging in at Nico Video? When I registered about a month ago it worked fine, now it sends me to some page where I can opt to receive a link via email that lets me enter my password recovery question. Even when I do that and change the password, I still can't log in at all.

Yeah I know about that, SB just looks cooler and I normally get the SB into random whatever (we never recorded my Sol matches against Latif where I would pretty much only hit him with SB -> VV to win rounds )

Daaamn. Only one match in and I have a question... who all does.. CH 5HS, sjHS .. sjD xx sj2k, sjK, \/ cS, SJC sjS(2?) sjD xx sj2k etc. etc. ..work on? I need to learn those superjump combos, my combo would've been far inferior.. Anyway I mostly just mean the first part at least, with the jHS link to jD xx j2k.

that works on everyone.... Mainly just a how high are they when you hit them with the 5hs, so when you super jump you have enough time to do the hs, link D,2k combo. Pretty staple if can hit a hs in the corner somehow. A good normal setup that starts that is 5k,6p,FRC, 5hs. Thats the really basic way to get into that combo. It only works on crouchers but is an easy way to practice it.

yep works perfect. and that is the most often way you usually get that combo... since 5k, 6p is almost impossible to hit confirm (for me anyway) and doing 6p after 5k without hit confirming is usually just a free escape for them or a waste of tension.

sj.hs combos in the corner are really easy and everyone should learn them, but god damn... iad j.k, j.k land 5hs combos are so much more badass.

I need shenanigans, they are my favorite.

some characters 236K will not hit, or should i say most of the cast... if you cant do sjIAD jk Jk do iad jP jK i think either crimson or one of the other slayer player here mentioned it and its alot easier... EDIT: just so i dont use up another line... we don't have a "match video discussion thread" do we? plus there had always been a lot of talk in this thread then match videos... so gona take quite a bit of clean up...

i guess, i would just say work on your combos for now (since ur still in the process of mastering ur stick skills) and a suggestion for ur friend would be, be more patient and stop throwing out stuff and getting hit, since he is Robo, its hard for him vs slayer in general in poke games, so he has to be patient or he gona get CH and die...hard...
