I was thinking of bringing a few cases of water for people to share. Unless someone else was already planning on bringing that then I'll bring something else. But if I do bring that, Should I shoot for conveinence with bottled water or should I shoot for Eco-Friendly and bring jugs of water and paper cups??? Frankly, I don't mind either way I will just go with whatever everyone else wants. Bottled water would be - most - appreciated. We are grateful for any refreshment you decide to bring. Just note that you are not obligated to bring anything but your soul. :3 For MBAA setups, Tsubasa posted on Meltybread that he would be bringing the one he brought last time, so we have one full setup for MBAA confirmed right now. I should state that yes we will need at least one more TV than last time since that big JVC TV was Derrick's. Also the GGAC tourny at SJSU will be on their cab with American sticks... and wow $10 per game is a lot. Thanks for the scoop. I could spring for a few bags of chips if I know what kind to get. Too bad this is an indoor event or else we could just turn this into a GG ranbat/BBQ! And if you didn't already get it, I can bring my PS2 and GGAC+ to this. I may have a surge protector laying around but I will get back to you on that.

Seems the bus service to the campus is AC Transit, so I can get on that for free. If I come, I can bring a PS2, GGAC, and a surge protector. No TV though.

D: My assumption is that we'll think that someone else will bring a ps2...so nobody will bring one.

We're going to be hosting two GGAC tourneys and MBAA on the same day; this excludes the side tournaments that are, likely, going to happen. I do not want to stay till midnight trying to finish up a double elimination bracket. Humans get hungry and have sadlifes. I understand that people stay up till 4am watching loli animu, or whatnot, but find the balls to contact me if you're running late. I found it, rather, ridiculous that volunteers - from the community - busted their asses off to get the, free, venue prepped up on time... ...only to discover that people showed up 3 hours late.
