[CS1] Unlimited Arakune Talk, Good Fuckin' Job Arc Systems :D!!!

Ok, Unlimited Arakune is fucking amazing!!! I'll list his changes. - 66 is no longer a teleport forward but his Shark Animation (2C) but does not hit. It's in the form of a run now. As long as you hold 6 it will keep going. - His speed has increased GREATLY. He is very very very fast. - Clouds only last about 5 seconds on the screen. - In curse mode when a button is hit 3 of the same bug come out. All of the bugs are the same as before and come out from the same areas and are spaced the same as all the other bugs. - When bugs are summoned x3 the meter is taken away from the curse meter so curse depletes very very very fast. - Spinny Legs (j.236C) now goes very fast at a downward angle. - j.214214D animation after opponent is caught in it doesn't last as long anymore. Seems to finish pretty fast. - Grab into 236236C deals 100 hits. Life stops being taken away at around 60 or 70 hits. - *SPOILER ALERT* Most troll move he has. The Alligator (3C), now if you can't hit them with it and you pass them the alligator turns around and still hits them for a cross up. So yeah, that's all of it. Arakune is amazing now. I love doing dragon (dive) whiff and then doing 3C for the hit. Peoples heads just explode. -Tha Hindu

I don't know. Unlimited mode seems more of a downgrade really. Yeah, he's a lot faster and less floaty, but that kind of kills his air game and makes launcher combos more difficult, not to mention makes his feint moves useless since they still go at regular speed. The fact that his curse meter also runs down three times as fast kind of kills the point of having it in the first place, since the bugs don't exactly home in on the player, but just spread out across the screen, reducing their damage potential. Actually, I don't really care for any of the new Unlimited versions. It's like ArcSys forgot that Unlimited characters are normally tournament banned anyway because of how powerful they are (plus the fact that the only people that use them online are neckbearded assholes that enable them in match rooms), and wanted to try to balance them to be on par with their normal forms. Unlimited Arakune in particular just seems to encourage even more spamming than regular.

Something I found on accident even though I know nothing about arakune is that if you tk his "spinny legs" it actually arcs across the screen instead of arcing downward. Like a beautiful slimy rainbow =D

If anyone has happened to have messed with CS Unlimited Arakune, he's especially wicked this time. He's basically back to his CT version in Unlimited, meaning instant curse. Only he still has the CS mechanism in that it's not lost if he's hit. And considering the size of the bugs this time around, that's a whole lot of shit filling up the screen. Everything else is the same as before.

Also to note about Unlimited Arakune in CS, is that he has a new distortion (236236A): Creates a 'bag' on the ground, if opponent attacks it, bugs will come out that will instant KO (seriously).

Except 236236A seems kinda pointless because your opponents will avoid it like the plague.

Well. I suppose some characters will be forced to hit it. like Ragna.

I love making a lobby and having unlimited characters on but never using them until I have a full lobby. Then I use Unlimited Kune and see if I can get them to rage quit. Here's 2 videos from me doing it last night:

His instant kill bag is hilarious, especially in the first video when you see how someone who never saw it before reacts. Also I'm mashing like the wind in all of these!
