Doesn't seem like the tier list changed

There isn't yet, that tier list is region specific, players in that region gave their opinions on the placements of the character, however what is said to be the most accurate (and we are in debate on this right now), is the one you see in the first post. It is also the only match up chart for CS on DL.

I also have the March Issue, and that one had a tier list, but it's all pretty much the same as the one we have. S: Litchi, Bang, Ragna A: Hakumen, Carl B: Arakune, Hazama, Taokaka, Lambda, Jin, Noel, Tager, Tsubaki C: Rachel All the names were in that order, and I don't know if the magazine specified if the order had anything to do with the ranking. And if you want proof, I can photograph the pages.

Skye Posted May 12, 2010 Posted May 12, 2010 In Arakune's case... Rachel can still zone the fuck out of him, and run preventing him to gaining any real meter. In Arakune's advantage the damage gap is hugely in his favor, and Rachel still sucks under pressure.
