SkyKing Posted August 3, 2010 Posted August 3, 2010 I would probably rate Mu where Jin is right now, maybe a little bit higher. With her mid-to-long range style, I think she would need to be able to adapt on the fly. She's really good at locking and trapping, but I feel she'll lose more than her fair share against the more aggressive of the cast, like Bang, Ragna, and Tao. Also, her normals or sub-par save her 6A and C's, so matchups could be determined by that as well.
AdamNW Posted August 4, 2010 Posted August 4, 2010 I'm not to sure what to think of Makoto. She's too in-your-face. I feel like Lamda and Tager will totally rape her in this matchup, but she could also have edges over Tsubaki and Rachel. This is just speculation though.

I guess he makes sense there.

You have Bang Ragna and Litchi running all over the place. No seriously, even when he's A tier it's funny that nobody is using him for some reason that I don't get. :P

He makes a lot of characters damn near unplayable, but has a really hard time with command grab characters, especially bang. I'm guessing you don't see much haku because Bang removes him from tournaments usually. And that's the only reason I'd keep haku out of S.

Also I heard even a Tsubaki won a tournament, SBO qualifier somewhere maybe? But no Hakus. Between command grabs and FRKZ I can see Bang knocking out Hakumens maybe... I thought he had an even matchup though... or even ish... I did always have a personal bad matchup against Bang.
Dacidbro Posted August 4, 2010 Posted August 4, 2010 If Hakumen has a bad matchup, it's Bang. And I think it's at least 6-4. But Hakumen destroys the low tier, has a strong advantage on mid tier, and puts zoning characters to shame across the board.
