If others post combos in several different formats, it can be a pain to make it all uniform. I also suggest either underlining or bolding damage values. (:P) ... It would have helped if this forum had text size modifiers enabled, it could have made long combos prettier. It's too bad other members can't edit the first post. I'd definitely help you out there if I could. I actually like doing formatting work like that. : \

It feels like getting a Renka in the corner should allow for more hits than that. But so far I've only seen two combos involving it and they both are pretty short. Does his new 6B actually hit after Gurren?

If you hit confirm max range 5C, should just do emma corner loop to ensure combo completion. 4341 vs 4026 is not much of a difference. And I was an idiot, you can combo into 2C>j.2A from the Guren part of the combo Post gurren, you're right. you are able to do 2C>J2A>JC. It just seems that 214A>5C>3C> is more sensible. The damage trade-off isn't worth the better positioning.

So its usefulness is if you hit confirm 5C just inside the max range for it with your opponent in corner. If you get max range 5C hit confirm, best to do emma loop (assuming 3 stars or less) to make sure you can complete your combo.

Anyway, I've been going through the combos on this page, starting from the top http://blazblue.byethost13.com/bbcs/cha ... combo.html I got the beginner combos all down, but the trouble started with the next combos For example, 1) (Hit high in air) 214A > move forward a bit > 2C > jc > [JB Aerial Combo or J2A Aerial Combo] - I cannot get the 2C to combo after the move forward a bit (I am doing neutral throw -> 214A) Also, as far as JB Aerial combo goes, this is one of them JB > jc > J2C > ..... For the life of me I cannot get the jc > j2c, it keeps black beating on me. Is it really strict? Also, another aerial combo is j.a > j.b > ...., but j.a doesn't seem/want to combo to j.b, even if I delay it (no jcing involved fyi) Any help is appreciated

Still having trouble with the staple bnb: [starter move] > 623AA > falling j.2C, 2C > sj.2A, IAD j.2A, j.C When I land the sj.2A, I find I can't IAD (I input as 96) to land the ender. I tried buffering the motion during the first j.2A but I can't seem to do it. Also, anybody have trouble pulling off TK Hotaru/Tsubaki during netplay? I keep inputting Renka or sj'ing instead.
Ramza126 Posted August 2, 2010 Posted August 2, 2010 I believe the IAD is done during the combo, after the initial j.2A I noticed when practicing Hakumen's BnBs that you need to dash fast after the first j.2A otherwise it will black beat/opponent will tech. I use my eyes to see when the move has ended (visual aid would be when the sword trail vanishes after the j.2A, good tip to dash then!) Hope it helps Also, can anyone confirm this for me, I can do this combo perfect, doesn't blackbeat, for a total of 4224 damage off of two magatama (in corner) j.2C > 5C > 623AA > falling j.2C, 2C, j.2A (done as fast as possible to prevent blackbeat), j.2A, air dash, j.2A, j.2A, j.2A, j.5C Seems to be better option in corner?

Of course you don't have time to land then do an IAD. ^ That's Haku's standard bnb if lead into the corner. Might have changed in CS, but in CT you could only do 2 j.2a's before the final j.2c. Might also be a bit different now with a j.C ender into possible 5c knockdown.
