so yeah, i want to guard break glitch someone for massive damage

if i have 5 stocks on a guard break, what do i do. this person starts in the air, btw. im not sure if i want to start with j214D because of repeat use proration if i want to use a loop of 623D.etc So im not sure about a starter to go for. 214D? And what would be an optimal combo off of that? ._.

22D x 5. They just let Tsubaki guard break them, so they totally deserve it.

too high for 22D actually. Anyways, 22C is legit. if i dont want to resume mixup because i expect like, a mash or something, 22C actually has good range and stuffs a bunch of things mid blockstun. and it pushes back well. I end up using it alot. then, air blockstun, 236236C, gg

With regard to 22D one charge... just do 22D > 6CC > hjc j.B > j.C > dj.CC > j.236A > j.214C. It does 3428. I will admit that timing is a little hairy on some characters (such as Lambda, I believe) but the damage is good, so I'm not complaining.

214d and her followup normals are her best starters I believe. 100 p1 is what you want to look for in the frame data. Could probably do something like 214d>install>whatever or 214d>22d>6c>install>whatever. Pretty much just hit them with 214d and do a bunch of whatever and you'll do damage really.

22D > Dash > 6C > STOP NAO (214B) > 2CC > 5C(W)C > SJC > j.B > j.C > dj.CC > j.236A > j.236C

So it's pretty much the same damage as the 22D one we have now ( 3400 damage)

But which is sexier, hmm? To Rachel Players that's all that matters

How much closer does it put the opponent to the corner than the usual version?

Can't test it now, but I'm gonna assume that works on everyone?

If it's the same as what I tested earlier (and this also assumes I didn't just screw up, which is honestly a pretty realistic proposition), I don't think it'll work on Hazama, Hakumen, or Arakune.

If it doesn't work you can always do 22D > Dash > 6C > STOP NOW > 5CC > SJC > j.B > j.C > dj.CC > j.236A > j.214C for still sexy 3.3k

Also, in case nobody checked the mugen thread:

5bb>2b>5cc>214a>22c wallbounce>6c>623a>j.236a>j.214c Is a nice meter building alternative to her normal bnb. You trade some charge time for 10% extra bar and like 50-100 damage. I personally think it is worth it. It also sets up some reset options depending on if you make the wallbounce techable or if you go for the 2a crossunder after 214a. Saw it used by that Sakuraba(i think) guy in the video thread first.

Yea, 214A>22C is pretty strict in timing though, so I'd generally stick with the normal BnB.

You can switch the normal throw BnB out for B+C>214B>22A wallbounce>6C>623A>j.214C as well though since B+C> dash 5B>2CC>air combo is pretty tough without a solid connection sometimes.

Ok, the 6C>214B combo thing does do better damage than the normal BnB, but only off a clean 22D. It's obsolete compared to the normal BnB if you've got hits in before the 22D, which is most of the time.

5C>214A>5CC>sjc j.B>j.C>jc j.CC>j.214a>j.236c does 2354.

Also seems to work off counterhit.

Only tried Jin, but I don't think this one will end up being character specific. It's probably only useful on counterhit, but eh.

You got the last part backwards lol

Off a CH 5B or 5C, the best option most of the time is just to 6C afterwards. You get 3k meterless with CH 5C>6CC>aircombo, and you can also go mugen from 6C if you've got meter and charge

I feel kind of silly now.

Also, are there any sideswitching gimmicky combos that use 236X?

22D > 6C > STOP NOW (214D) > 214214D > 623D > j.236D > j.214D > 2CC > 5C(W)C > j.B > j.C > dj.CC > j.236A > j.214C (5.7k)

or, if you're near corner:

22D > 6C > 214D214D > 623D > 214D > 236D > STOP NOW (214D) > 2CC > 5C(W)C > j.B > j.C > dj.CC > j.236A > j.214C (5.6K, but heeey, which's sexier?)

They are totally not worth it if you start with 5B btw
