Invul backstep and absolute guard are it's biggest issues. Invul backstep is too good in a game like SF where your movement is more limited, than your typical anime game where invul back step is commonplace. And absoulute guard makes the mash DP in blockstun retarded, the free as reversal timing and easy inputs wouldn't matter if taking the stick off of back meant you got hit out of blockstun. Easy inputs, and auto correct aren't that big of a deal, because if somebody is mindlessly DPing you can just OS that. My only other real beef is Rufus, who basically goes against everything that previous SF taught you fundamentally. edit: TvC is fun as fuck to watch, not my cup of tea really, from what I played, but, it is a hype spectator game. edit edit: I totally forgot to mention, SF4 has retarded hit boxes sometimes. Like, randomly low pokes will pass through your front foot and shit. That's a bit bothersome. :I

I honestly sat there and gave it a go for a while, since the scene is so much bigger, and I just refuse to play it now because I have decided it's not my cup of tea. I do agree in that game, backstep invul seems kinda dumb. I dunno. I don't even care about that game at all. EDIT- shout outs to subconsciously referring to it as "that game" 3 times in one post. haha. I guess even my brain hates it when I'm not necessarily trying to.

Also option selecting to fierces in between shorts or jabs beats backdash or you can os ultra with most chars in a meaty c.lp/c.lk/dive kick to punish reversal backdashes. Also real talk niggas suck.
