Yeah I don't really care. I haven't actually heard anything positive about this job, but it is a job after all. That seems to be the general sentiment among testers.

I'm still working for the same intenship since June. We basically try push for the preservation and restoration of old, historical buildings. I get paid here and there and but overall the checks are few and far between and not a lot for that matter. But the experience I'm gaining is great. I'm still looking for a full-time job though.

XBL Castlevania is like easy easy easy easy easy HARD DRACULA. I was mostly breezing through things in single player until I got to him. Alucard seems to be a bad choice for fighting him unless you have a really good weapon, other characters should be able to hit his final form without being so close/inside him.

His stage is even incredibly straightforward and easy, no traps/switches/gimmicks, just some fake chests and final guards near the end. You gotta find the secret chocolates btw! It's cool how the food you find raises your stats temporarily as well as restores life.

Alucard's spells are ass, but I've only got Tetra Spirit and Dark Metamorphosis so far. They seem to drop very infrequently. Charlotte's magic is of course great and there are so many spells.

We played at my place on Wednesday. You could have easily gotten up with one of us and snagged a ride. We play every week...shoot me, PacStrife, or Smurvis a PM and you'll probably have more luck than you do posting every week about how much you want to play offline.

We didn't even start playing until around 5. We played until around 11 cuz I had to work in the morning. The point is, if you really want to play offline, you can, and with really good players at that.

Athena's command grab = death. 70% or so with one stock + max. I don't think anybody else can do that. Later, he does a different combo with super that looks to be pretty good too. A character with that + her good zoning/runaway tools should be pretty good.

That's why I went with Charlotte. Shanoa glyph level ups are a troll, but Charlotte is a complete character in a day... and then I realized I wasted points on that damn game.

Thanks for the vids Brent. I enjoyed that one. I think I'll still give KOXIII a try because I'm sure a lot of the characters have yet to reach their full potential in the arcades. It was becoming so discouraging to see so man repeat characters with just 1 not so common character (even though the game looks mad fun regardless). Plus SBO's top 3 had a nice variety of characters.

13 still looks extremely fun to me, I think SNK is giving it a serious go with trying to make a good game. I'm definitely most excited about it and AH3.

All those cross over games can go suck a dick, unless Zero is in them.

This...is true. On paper though, the system seems levels more interesting. It'll probably be broken, so it's sure to be fun. =p
