NegroNInja Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 Went down today, Kensou's normal rekkas into ex rekkas into normals into ex and into normals again combo is pissing me off, also just so everybody know, if you enter training mode (holding a button down while pressing start at the title screen), someone can challenge you. Benefits of this: You get to select new character and if you win you go right back into training mode for another 7 minutes..considering how much growth you won't get from playing the A.I.,this would be the better choice when waiting for matches..just hope that people don't just watch you for 7 minutes cause the game ends when time is up, kinda lame.

blk_mage Posted February 4, 2011 Posted February 4, 2011 terry isn't quite bottom, though he is hard to use. weak burn knuckle and crack shoot being unsafe makes it really hard for him to maintain pressure. the good thing is that when he does land a hit, he makes it count. ryo is actually pretty interesting. he has some unique tools (his dp doesn't move him too far forward, so he can actually use it to stuff hops/crossups) and a decent neutral game, he just doesn't do damage. if you wanna stick with those two, i suggest you put a reliable anchor on your team as well. someone like andy, k', shen, takuma or raiden. Well Terry is just awesome in general and Ryo is Dan Hibiki but beyond I doin't even really know many other characters. I tried out clark at ncr because he seemed like a generic graple character and he was ok but he didn't seem like what I was looking for. I might try out raiden whenever I get to play next. If you have a KoF going at NCI i'll probably get in on that.

Just need to add some finishing touches and it's ready to upload. In fact, I'll probably be uploading it from NCI this Saturday if possible.

We always have to go down south, so that's not much of a reason to not try. I'm still debating getting Mahvel 3. Not sure if I want to buy it yet, not convinced yet.
