Good shit BB netplayers for coming out, but if you're going to run a tournament Zeth, don't just do the stupid "I'll go down the list" seeding. Especially when you have friends who like to register together, then they end up facing each other first round because of it. It's not random, the last person to register has a 0% chance of facing everyone except for the person who previously registered which is 100%, etc etc. Next time, ask some of the people on the laptops, or use dice/etc to randomly seed brackets.

It's his first time doing this, so I think that should be emphasized. It's important that you don't stack people who play each other all the time on one side of the bracket, zeth. All things considered, you all came out, but you cannibalized the talent by not seeding.

It wasn't intentional, I just did it because we were already a few hours passed the time I was trying to start. So it was just a simple way to get the tournament going as fast as possible. It's not like I knew who were friends or who were signing up together and where exactly they would be on the sign-up list. Especially after we did the sign-ups on the other sheet, and I was letting people know that they could sign-up at the desk whenever.

It's not something I would do normally or that I've ever done, it was just simple enough to get the thing going asap without having to bother the other people for more stuff and take even more time because people were trying to get the thing started. I didn't think it was that big a deal, but apparently it was. It isn't going to happen again so I wouldn't stress over it.

EDIT: And again, I don't know who all plays each other all the time since up until now there wasn't much BB talk going on in the thread for me to know these things. To me everyone was just different people who signed up and that's how I looked at it at least. Again, my bad, was just trying to get the thing going as fast as possible.

I heard about this outcome from Pat. Is there a vid of this? Also, did matt say what he'd spend the loot from this instance on? Also, is it safe to assume now that fighting a mm against matt isn't a good idea? Is matt MD's jwong?
