Apparently it is something to do with her staff. The symbols I guess show what type of staff she will have or what she can use. I honestly don't know though because I'm not keeping up with the info about her.

Plat is like Zappa, but worse. She starts out staff-less. Hitting D brings out her staff, in a random mode. NEXT is obviously what mode is next. The numbers is how many charges of the current mode you have left. You can't get to the next mode till you use up all the charges in your current mode. So unless the designers are super awesome, she will probably have a lame matchup like Blanka vs Abel, where one of her modes just gets you killed if you try to use her charges, but you can't switch modes in till you use up her charges.

So, in summation. Platinum will either be super broken, or super bad. I don't trust whoever the fuck BB's designer is to make a delicate gimmick like this fun to play with and fun to fight against. shrug who knows. Pachi, I like what you've done with Hazama, kill all the other designers and make BB fun to play.
