I added a little bit more sauce to boost the sensation up a bit.

Hsien-Ko + Physical slow-mo + environmental slow-mo (Ammy) = roughly 2 seconds of assist as oppose to the original 1 second.

sadly, Hsien-ko's assist only does three hits and apparently slow more doesn't grant additional hits, but I guess on the plus side that inadvertently, your opponent takes the advantage on the wrong character lol.

I'm sure Long could describe a cocktail of drugs for chasing it that would restore some of your reaction speed. I don't remember or know all of the neurotransmitter/receptor details of cannabis, but I do remember that it simultaneously promoting gamma-amino butyric acid and some kind of glutamate. I'm sure there are clinical GABA blockers, and that would suppress some of the inhibitory effect of the weed. Of course, that might result in intense excitation since the excitatory neurotransmitters promoted by the weed would have no counterbalance, and that might obliterate your ability to properly focus on anything.

In short: NEEDS MORE RESEARCH, WHERE IS MY FUNDING????
