He can be funny and a bit of a joke, but he can be completely serious when it matters. Case in point, his Arcade ending in CT. Eh, but there is less of breaking the 4th wall in this game D:

His schizophrenia loses him points (seems like half the BB cast's gimmick to make them artificially interesting is to make them obsessive, mentally ill, or both), but being smarter than the insufferably cliche high-school chicks he went to school with gains him some back. Plus, he has a neat hat. I would rank him mid-mid tier in terms of being offensive to all five senses. (Yes, all five. You can SMELL the stench of failure coming off of Noel.) What about BANG. Bang's the best.
