The scene was somewhat revived when Gety got BBCSE and we started going every week for a couple of months even guys from Cambridge started coming out and it was quite a meetup every week until I guess everyone got bored of it. Rather it was probably Tager's fault.... I regret everything

not sure if this is the right place to post this but are there any frequent players in north york/ vaughan region? where do you meet up? I've been to a&c a couple times downtown but its tough to go there often from where I live. I've been looking for vaughan or london players forever to play gg (or bb), london is pretty dead but being so close to To. i figured vaughan would have a meet-up

Seneca Pub venue is godlike.

Not only because I can drink in there before playing tournament matches but because I can get shitfaced drunk and just walk home since it's only a 20 min walk back to my place from Peanut Plaza.

seneca pub is awesome, good shit to stephen! i feel this is possibly the beginning of toronto barfights, just need more people. A nicer timeslot helps too, but with these events you need more people to justify a better time slot, not booking a better timeslot in order to bring more ppl or there's bigger risk, so I hope everyone comes out to these consistently if its going to be a regular thing on weekends. plus its a bit hard to fight for a spot versus UFC fight of course

as for vida i don't anyone should take this seriously, if the guys willing to burn down a 1yr friendship (or two...) specifically because I don't hate you guys in here, then the problem isnt trolling or dedication or respect or gatherings or something that happened in the past, the problem is this guy. imo, self-deluded

I think it's obvious that no one here is taking those posts seriously given the amount of trolling in this thread. I've addressed each of his issues directly with my previous post, but if he continues to post in such a ridiculous fashion, and I don't care how lacking in self-awareness you are, he will continue to be the target of ridicule. You can't just come in and instigate things in such a hateful, passive-aggressive, vitriolic manner and not be the target of ridicule (The constant typos and paradoxical disclaimers don't help). We're a fun loving group after all , we like to break the tension .

If he's THIS vindictive about past events, and so willing to burn bridges (and judging by the fact that he's blocked everyone on facebook, etc, he's begun burning them), there's nothing we can do really.

Beer offer still stands though.
