My friend is looking to buy a Japanese copy when it comes out (he's learning Japanese and getting quite good at it) and want's to know if he needs a Japanese PS3 too. It's my understanding that CT was region free, while CS was region locked. He heard something a while back about how they weren't planning on region locking any more games but he's not sure if it was arcsys or atlus.

Even though the two stupidest characters are making a return (no offense to mu or lambda players), I can't wait. I want to play Relius a lot now for some reason. The only thing I'm disappointed in is how bad Hakumen looks now. No corner carry, drastically reduced damage, no thanks.

Drastically horrible yet goro makes her look s tier. It's how you play the character, which is why it makes Bb so balanced.
