Hooray Pumpkin was buffed :yaaay:. TD is faster too, but it needs some invincibility on start-up. I don't care if 6a is CS slow as long as it has overhead invincibility, I'll be fine with it.

Rachel

- Pumpkin much faster, can head to edge of screen in an instant. Still disappears on hit.

- Tempest Lobelia buffed, much faster. Can actually combo from 5B.

- 5CC sliding has more untech time.

- Wind recovery starts out extremely slow, but once it starts, will recover fast.

- 6A back to CS version (as opposed to the CT version they switched back on the previous loctest. NOPE).

So yeah 6A sucks again. Pumpkin buff is good, but I just want more block/hit stun on it.

Rachel is sounding pretty good so far. I hope 6A isn't useless like it is in CS though. :/

In the first test they said it was back to CT glory. Now they only said it is CS again. So I think it converts to unchanged :(

yes this does include first test changes, the lists that we get for each test is observations

+ Overall damage increased.

+ j.A is an overhead again.

+ 5C>C now slides. Mid screen C lobelia>3D> Sword iris/BBL combos. In corner 5C>C>3C can be done for 2 loops.

+ 5B>2B possible.

+ 6B on counter slides, untech time decreased, jump cancellable on block.

+ j2C can be canceled into attacks on landing, jump cancelable, both on hit and block.

+ Wind increases the speed of her air dashes.

+ Tempest Dahlia is stronger and can be connected from 5b.

+ Pumpking is much fast and can reach the other side of the screen in an instance.

− 6A went from CT status from the first test to CS status to the second test.

− Wind recovery is really slow at first but once it gets going it recharges fast.

− Lobeilas come out even when hit, slower recovery.

= j.A > j.2C won't connect, but j.B > j.2C does.

? 2C hit stop increased.

? George has been changed (there's a frog gauge now).

I say what we have going on is great, but I'd still like to know what this George thing is and what exactly the 2c thing means.

As I understood it, you may resummon George as often as you'd like, as long as there's still meter left. Once it depletes, you can't summon until it regenerates.

6a back to cs status?!? noooo make it a little better at least. having it just always clash or lose is dumbbb.

from what i understand 5cc is not auto wind, but causes the slide effect, like makoto's 5D (lvl3) or bang back throw. so it seems it'll cost 2 wind to do the lobelia bnb from 5cc.

I always thought auto wind 5CC was just a translation error, and that it was actually talking about the sliding effect. 8V

-6A has been buffed

-It's been corroborated that 6A has been buffed.

6A is better than CS 6A again, buffed in 1st loketest and nerfed in 2nd loketest. Since its been buffed again Arc does want Rachel to have a reliable AA, so since they're actually testing 6A this time we should have a good AA w/o people thinking its the most BS move ever.

Everyone is getting air unblockables and improved anti-airs. It's like they finally realized that air to ground is too strong in this game.

I wonder if it'll still be able to hit behind her. I didn't know it still did that in CS until yesterday. :psyduck:
