James for getting owned by cars but always being able to maintain his pure awesomeness Dacid for being one hype ass mofo and having real bang block strings Spirit Juice for being awesome to talk to and may have given some of the greatest advice ever (little sad we didnt get to play tho) Willy for talking like hazama when he plays (shits hilarious) Crosell for being really fucking real and telling me wut i needed to hear thanks for that Solex for being the easily most improved player from last time we played, ur jin is fucking crazy (just dont let me jump out :P) Diabetes for forcing people to drink diet coke Black mage for having the funniest haircut ever XD and for having crappy power windows (i'll try to make to ur tournament) Rin for recording and being super cool (also please never bike like the idiots i see in india :P) Erik for whooping my ass with Kabal then throwing me into a pool of acid and make me watch my skin burn (we probably should i have played more bb so i wud have a better time with ara match o well:v:) Copperdabbit whooping my ass and what not, play a character with a less silly and squishy hit box anyway great tournament great experience blah blah solex get a haircut blah blah
Dacidbro Posted July 5, 2011 Posted July 5, 2011 Nah man, it was my fault, I should've been paying more attention, its literally just putting the headphones and checking it once in awhile. If you see me at normal tournaments, like Starbase where I don't play, I do that constantly to make sure that the audio is spot on. The one time I don't this happens. :/ I'm over it now, I can just make the single track audio, but it just kinda sucks watching a long set with no comm.. Just let me watch the video early, and input my own commentary on how much I bodied WJM even though I didnt

If you think a certain career will make you happy, then do it. I know there's the whole "lol indian parents" expectations things, but ultimately, your expectations of yourself are what matter most.

Its a tough choice to find what you want to do with the rest of your life, especially if you external pressure. Don't rush into it man. And don't do something you don't want to do. I've worked shitty jobs before, and you just end up pissed off every day. Find your passion and go with it.

I've been back and forth between almost 4 different majors so I know the hardships of trying to just find that thing you wanna do for a career.

Its not a big deal. Oh yeah, RIn why the switch to Makoto? I was talking to Dacid about this, it was getting to the point that I was playing Tao for so long, I've developed very VERY repetitive habits, and has been totally inhibiting my ability to "grow" my Tao. I always liked Makoto, even in CS1, but never really took her seriously. Just seeing that I can finish combos with decent oki, and great damage CONSISTENTLY makes me more viable with her instead. I'll still play Tao though
