Sprites were a little harder, but they'll be done soon. Yeah, I took a lot at ripping the sprites but I got very lazy and started dicking about with the music and video instead.

Can you metaworld cancel while dizzied, though? Yeah, you can stop Metaworld activation while dizzied. Metaworld cancel combos are a joke if your opponent has meter and minor reflexes. (Odds are they'd want to burst before that, anyway, but so much for your last super or two of damage!)

Shaffler Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 Also how the hell does Netplay work? In order to host, you have to open up your 07700 port (or any really but 07700 is the default). First option is the hosting option while the second option is for joining. When joining, you input the host's IP and then in a few seconds, you'll end up in the Character Select screen. Everything is pretty self-explanatory from here on. One thing though. Constantly disconnects every time. No matter what you do, there is a high 90% chance of disconnecting.

Prototype909 Posted January 2, 2011 Posted January 2, 2011 Most damaging Virgilia combo I've been able to find thus far off a ground string, in the corner, (W/trap set, though for dizzy it doesn't matter) 214C -> 2A -> 5B -> 2B -> 5C -> 236C -> 236236C -> 236C -> 5B -> 5C -> DC -> 2B -> 2C -> 236AB 2.453k with 4 bars...really lacking On a side note, Mjolnir and her Metasuper seem completely useless...I can't find a way to combo into them unless they're just some sort of zoning tool In general her offense seems pretty bad, but she does seem to be more of a run away and spam ranged attacks type of character...I don't even think she can DC off anything except a close 5C

At least... I'm pretty sure. I was watching a nico stream with a Virgilia and Evatrice team. The combo used both meta supers and ended up taking up 1.5 life bars. Sadly, I don't remember much else about it. Actually, I think as soon as metaworld is activated, you can go straight into it, but I'm not 100% sure... just it seems that it works that way with most characters.

As his opponent, I can vouch for this. Must've tried anywhere from 100 to 150 games. Only managed to play one without it DC'ing, and it lagged the whole way through. Anyone else doing this terribad with the online? Any tips to make it not suck?

Maybe its from the fact I have Windows 7 with 1 GB of RAM? I don't know how to check my video card either. I don't see how everyone else has a breezy time running it but I always get caught up with not being able to play it... I'm jealous.
