Yes, but only air-to-air moves, nearly* all grounded attacks are air unblockable.

*I can't recall from memory but I know there are a FEW weird exceptions to the rule, but even so it's like a 99.8% rate of AUB.

It's a hack you can do with Cheat Engine, it's pretty simple. Double 410 metasuper is funny.

It appears to be pretty well sold out at this point, but if you can find a middle man to purchase it and then ship it to you, you can find it on Japanese Amazon (which also has the the 360 ver of Reprise for cheap)

It IS on PC... The 360 ver is vastly inferior...

If you want to look at in numerically the 360 ver is like 1.20 and the PC ver is like 2.30

I still love this game, my favorite multi-character fighter, which probably won't change until Ougon 3

I'm currently enraptured in E's Laf but would totally pick this up again if others wanted to fight .o.
