Just curious but what do you guys think about having meetups on Saturday instead of Friday, although that probably means that people up north wouldn't want to come down since there's simultaneous gatherings in LA.

Hey I'm at UCSD too, I'm over at the Sixth Apartments. You're welcome to drop by my place if you're up for some games . For the meetups I take MTS as well, they're easily reachable by bus.

Also is anybody going to Saltmines tonight? I'm debating whether to go or not since there's also a Charger game tonight that I'd like to watch. Also how many setups does P4A still get?

Hello all,

I'm a regular P4A player living in San Diego and am eager to find a few other people who enjoy this game too. I enjoy playing online as well, but I ultimately prefer actual gatherings. Anyway, I work in Mira Mesa and live in the Mission Hills/Hillcrest area so I have enough familiarity with San Diego County to comfortably travel around. I'm new to this forum and to this thread so I'm not too sure how your meet-ups work, but I am definitely up to attend one soon if P4A will have a set-up. It would be great if someone could give me some information on the when and the where.

We usually have meetups on Fridays, right now we usually go to shtkn's house who lives in Clairemont but sometimes Spidey (Oceanside) hosts too from time to time if people who live up north like Temecula, Irvine or LA show interest in driving down south. Jigoku_Roa has also hosted us twice as well. Anyway they'll usually post here if they're able to host or not.

There's also people playing P4A at San Diego Saltmines which takes place in Pangea Bakery every Monday night. If you can bring a setup for the game, that'd be awesome.

Anyone down to head up to Super Arcade on Nov. 17th for the Atlus Championships? The games featured are P4A and KOFXIII. Theres no venue fee and its 5 bucks to enter per game. Ill be willing to pitch in for/split the gas cost if someone can spot me a ride. I live right next to the I-15 off the Mira Mesa exit or maybe i can meet up with you at ur place/ a public area near your location. I would offer rides but my car seats only 2 (if the situation happens to be then i can give u a ride and we can split the gas). If i have to, ill drive up there myself but id rather not pay more for gas if i dont have to. Im a college student with limited funds D: And sure enough sharing the gas cost benefits not only me but you aswell! :P

Hello! i saw your post(s) earlier this week and thought i could give you some info.

There are generally 2 places in which the dustloop group in SD meets.

-First one is every week on Mondays from 6pm-10pm. It is at the Pangea Bakery in Kearny Mesa. Its a weekly event called the "San Diego Saltmines". When you enter the bakery jus walk past by the the front counter and it is held in the backroom. It is accessible by MTS though i dont know the exact bus route i know that there is ALOT of bus stops in the kearnymesa/clairemont area. And there is someone i know that takes the bus to the Pangea Bakery so surely enough there is a bus stop near the bakery. If you drive it is advised you park on the streets on the side or behind the bakery as their parking lot only permits 2 hrs of parking.

The games that are usually played here are P4A, SF4AEver2012,UMVC3. I guess on a good day we will have 8-12 ish ppl coming out for P4A

-The second place to meetup is every week on Fridays at Shtkn's (unless stated otherwise. he will post it on the forum if something comes up). house PM: him for the address

People usually show up around 7:30-8pm and maybe it ends at around 1am ish?

This location is also acessible by MTS but i think that its probably about a 10-15 minute walk from the bus stop (dont know for sure). I dont know the route but there is a bus stop on the southern end of Genessee Avenue close to the 52 freeway. so i hope that helps.

The games being played at this session is primarily (atm) P4A and BBCSE

I REALLY wished something among those lines was posted on the opening post of the Saltmines thread on SRK for those not familiar with the area. Would've saved me at least 10 minutes of frantically looking for a "safe" spot to park on my first trip there and also I wouldn't have the thought "Am I going to get a ticket?" in the back of my head the duration I'm there on my first and second times there.

Also I'm gonna try to finish any homework tonight and tomorrow so I can free up my schedule for tomorrow, if I'm able to go, I hope to see some new people...... otherwise I wouldn't mind playing countless matches with Kevin again though.
