It adds a new playable character, and a new assist character! On the playable character side: "Sasara Kusugawa" from To Heart 2, and for the assist side, "Yuu Inagawa" from Comic Party will join the cast! The game will also have balance changes as well as new stages and new music! Considering Dec 1st is in only a week, this is a pretty abrupt announcement, and possibly the reason why they haven't announced a console port yet... Looking forward to the character change list! some news

Looks pretty nice .....console version where are you Yes, before they only had a Comiket stage on the outside, this one is on the inside and it has plenty of Aquaplus love in this section :3 [sorta wish Examu snuck some Arcana Heart and Deamon Bride love in there...] I eagerly await the console announcement and 1.5A just made it that much harder to wait!

SolxBaiken Posted December 3, 2011 Author Posted December 3, 2011 First 1.5A footage Also I am working on getting the changes translated (been busy, but real quick notes nearly EVERYTHING about Riannon has been nerfed, there's actually alot more nerfs than buffs across the board, like Touka's Splash Art will now whiff on crouching opponents, and people's back steps getting less invul)

Even in the original, Satsuki was a good all around Partner for anyone because she lets you control space pretty easily as your only real option when she attacks is to duck her bullets, Mizuki is also pretty good cause she leads into launcher combos and her Flying Knee can be good for punishing things. But I see alot of Sasara players picking her and I think they should experiment more...I saw a REALLY cool Sasara/Ma-Ryan, and Yuki might be a good fit for her too. I was worried about Sasara being the next Riannon, but she seems pretty tame at the moment, but we'll see how that develops. Oh also today's batch of vids is huge cause I've been slacking.

Examu are merely the developers, the major decisions for this project were in Aquaplus and Leaf's hands, the announcement even came from Aquaplus and Leaf. I can assure you Examu probably has nothing to do with the port as they don't ever touch the console ports for their games, they're always handled by a 3rd party who approaches THEM. Examu is only concerned with arcade sales. Aquaplus might just handle the conversion themselves (I don't know how well it translates but they have ported and even completely remade their previous VNs for the PS3). Daemon Bride could have been on consoles ages ago, but no one is interested in it, and again Examu isn't sweating over anything unreleated to arcade sales, and due to the severe lack of play I see of Daemon Bride: Additional Gain (it's most likely all SUPER casual) don't get your hopes up.

Yes, if you want AP you will need to import, IF any other region is getting it, it's probably just Asia. No this is NOT a PSN release, this is a full PS3 disc release. The chance of an international release are VERY slim, if there were such plans from the get go the game would have a 360 port, among other factors but it's not a 100% definite it won't see release else where (stranger things have happened). I of course will be importing day one.

shiningnegro Posted February 16, 2012 Posted February 16, 2012 Whats the fan-based like in regions outside japan for the whole AquaPlus brand like they have all these series and characters go from one game genre to another is there even any hope it will be localized. Like even though Arcana Heart too a while it did get brought over (good thing i have a ps3). I was like a week away from saying **** it ima import then they drop the whole its going on PSN and i was like sweet!! (then psn went down for a month the day it came out so i couldnt get it until it went back up that wasnt sweet, the hack was because people were mad that 360 owners didnt get the game i tells ya)
