Valkenhayn is about Bang's level, Makoto is probably just under it. Litchi (and I would say Tao and Bang too) are still higher threat than Valk/Makoto.

ATG, I meant with a team full of litchis. If you play anyone who can beat the best Litchi on your team, your whole team may very well lose, where a team with Valk, Bang, Carl, or something similar, tests opponent's knowledge much more thoroughly.
