Reversal backdashing is pretty boss, but can't you just, you know, DP them? Or did you change characters? Or... is Jam's DP the weird kind that's not actually invincible so we kinda wonder why it even looks like a DP? (Dudley is a weird character)

Urg, guess CP is not gonna come here till...June? July maybe? And that's best case scenario.. Fuck that...I'm cool with there being an exclusivity period for arcade but don't make it almost a whole year. Besides, Japaneses still play the arcade even when the console game is released so it really wouldn't change much (as long as there is some exclusivity period like 2-3 months maybe).

*OR* bring the arcade over here! That's fine too! But of course, there are no arcade in NA anymore...maybe Los Angeles will get one CP cabinet somewhere but at this point, might as well fly to Japan directly.

*Don't wait a whole year when there are NO ARCADES outside of Japan* UN-COOL! Urg, sorry...I've just been watching matches and I just want to frigging play it. >_<

Jam's DP doesn't hit him, shit hitbox I guess. If I had inferno divider this wouldn't be a problem

Yea, Pot's slidehead low profile's the move and he gets a hefty crouch combo punish if he wants lol.

Jam can do Ryuujin (236K) instead to beat out Slidehead (easier if you have a card).

Millia's probably closer to Litchi than Jam is, more based around setups and mixups while Jam is all about that abare.

Also re: Jam's DP: it's a lot like Ky's where you can low profile it pretty easily, but it's got plenty of invul. The main advantage it has over Ky's is that if you have a Ryujin card stocked you can go into 60-70% damage wall loops meterless cause she's dumb like that. Leo's right, since Ryuujin has strike invul on the first 4 frames it should be able to beat out SH and get a good CH combo, and charged Ryuujin is airborne on frame one for even more retardedness.

Though, if you're at the range where Potemkin is doing wakeup slidehead and you could probably DP him, either he's doing SH or 6K so reversal backdash is probably the best option anyway. (or mash reversal super hue hue)

bibi: I'm gonna assume you're saying Millia and Litchi aren't alike, which is true, but still closer than Litchi and Jam (why that comparison gets made all the time I don't know).

While I will always believe HOS has the best-looking combos in GG, he wasn't meant for me. So Slayer it is. I like his normals more because he can command respect without moving an inch. Most times, anyway.

They're very mixup oriented, but that's about it really.

Nah, Tager can't do the same things that Pot does. His 360 isn't fast enough, and he can't always 720 because it costs 50 meter. Also, I don't believe Azrael is a link based character like Slayer is.
