Well downtown will most likely be more crowded than usual. There's deals on beers/alcohol. I'm not saying we should all fit along the masses or that it's smart, I'm just saying that it's still gonna have a difference. Yes cars won't be wrecked, but I don't know how packed foonzo will be.
