I'm going to have to make a budget to come to Foonzo every Thursday. Because let's face it, online does not compare to Foonzo. There's a reason why Slayer sucks against Pot and not against any other character. It's because no other character can render Slayer's pressure absolutely useless. Edit: Actually, hold on a sec. Your statement is correct, I need to clarify that Pot can punish Slayer only because most of Slayer's pressure involves links, not gatlings. Only Pot can take advantage of the gaps in the links effectively. Slayer is actually safe on block on pretty much everything he does, it's just that he can't continue attacking. lofo Posted January 18, 2014 Posted January 18, 2014 Potemkin is a big reason I don't main Slayer. That matchup is just way too awful. And it's not just that it's really disadvantaged, it feels really awful to play, because you're not really allowed to do anything fun.

He's got ungodly execution at doing Slayer stuff.
BladeOfJustice7 Posted January 19, 2014 Author Posted January 19, 2014 Dogura, Hase, En, Niga, and Tsujikawa are the strongest Slayer players I've seen. Though if I had to rank them; 1. Hase 2. Dogura 3. Tsujikawa 4. Niga 5. En You should not have just "heard of Dogura" you should be watching him, his command of Slayer is amazingly terrifying. In that match he literally shut down Roz's Ky. Hase's Slayer I think is the best though, but doesn't play ACR as much. But he did qualify and got through a few rounds of Arc-Revo.

Not taking anything away from him since he is just too gdlk, but I'm starting to understand Toronto's "washed up old men" mentality lol
