I dreamed of having my own last night. - Bursting out of a combo when I only had a sliver of health left at the end of the first round just so I could deny WakeupDP a perfect. Burst well spent. - Getting hit by Terumi's command grab 5 times in a row because my reaction time is so slow that it's impossible for me to jump out on reaction ^,^ - WakeupDP vs Steb Terumi mirror matches. Those 2D wars! That well timed counter super! - Watching Henri's Jin take over the main rotation for like half an hour. Dat Jin. - Ban Relius, Ban Tager, Ban Level5 Thanks for the matches WakeupDP. Next time, I need to try and get some matches against your Relius. Also, yay, I'm starting to consistently do Rachel's CP corner combo #1. Unfortunately, I am now dropping all my instant overhead confirms when I try to continue it after I land from jB. 1 step forward, 2 steps back. As an added bonus, it seems like my thinking while I was standing around watching matches cleared up my thoughts from the last couple of days and I was able to come to a decision. I will play next time! it's official! inb4 Brice vs. the rest of MTL event goes down next time

He could send over a couple different designs and see if we like anything! --------- Ok, more epic dreamin' last night. I seriously don't know how I come up with this stuff. So we're (meaning close, immediate family) on a trip to British Columbia and we decide to go by plane. But there are problems and the next one won't be there for another hour. It finally arrives and it turns out there are only 5 places and it's random pick who gets to go. We're all wtf over that and decide to go by medium-sized RV instead. We pick up random people on the way, and one of e'm had kids with SuperSoakers. We don't think anything about it. We stop at a gas station after dark, then head to a nearby abandoned hangar. The kids start getting jittery and tell us we should be here. Suddenly! ZOMBIES! My bro and I are outside and hear the kids yelling at us they throw us their SuperSoakers. Turns out zombies are totally vulnerable to water and melt like nothing! We gun our way back to the RV through tentacle-like things. Lot's of shootin' ensues as we hit the pedal to the metal and gtfo. I'm sort of waking up by now, but turns out we were all really part of a Battle-Royale-ish tournament thing without knowing, and my bro and I get crowned MVPs of the event. Hot shit! Just goes to show you have to listen to kids when they tell you there's monsters out there, eh? Man, that was so cool. Would dream again. Epic. :D

Not that we had the space to use all 3 anyway

RurouniLoneWolf Posted January 27, 2014 Posted January 27, 2014 But if I didn't come on Thursdays when it's most busy, then I wouldn't have a legit reason not to play or be able to secretly ogle the cute girls that sometimes come on Thursday nights :P On a more serious notes, best I can do is probably not come on Sundays and come less frequently/stay only long enough to eat a burger and GTFO on Thursdays, which I've been considering doing since we moved to the new spot. Also, the only Donkey Kong song I acknowledge is the opening song for the TV series. Hey yo! Donkey Kong, let's go, let's go! Here he comes, Banana slamma! lol
